Temporary Closure of the Ed. Community Space
General Information
1. Why is the Ed. Community Space relocating?
Ed. Community Space is temporarily closing, as we are relocating to a bigger space. This will allow us to enhance the space and improve the experience for our community.
2. How long will the space be closed?
Handover of the current space will happen Friday, 25 April. We anticipate reopening by mid June 2025. We will be celebrating with a big launch event. Updates will be shared on our website and social media of these changes.
3. When will the new space be available for community programs? Stay informed by checking our website, social media pages, and email newsletters. You can also contact us at edsquare.community@frasersproperty.com.au for further inquiries.
Programs & Events
4. What will happen to any scheduled programs and events? Some activities may be relocated to alternative venues (if possible), postponed, or temporarily paused for the month of May. We will notify all registered participants about any changes. If you have any recommendations for an alternate location for any of your regular programs, please contact us to discuss. edsquare.community@frasersproperty.com.au

8. Will staff still be available during the closure?
Yes, our team will still be available remotely to answer any questions. You can reach us at edsquare.community@frasersproperty.com.au
While we’ll be available, we’ll also be busy behind the scenes! During this time, we’ll be learning a new booking system, moving boxes, and getting the new space move-in ready. We’ll also need to communicate with our users about how to access and use the new space, including inductions and training on the new system. If your query relates to a future booking, we kindly ask that you hold off until we've shared more information about the updated process. Thanks for your patience during this transition!
9. What improvements can we expect in the new space?
Our new space will feature a streamlined online booking system, upgraded facilities, and a refreshed design tailored to better support and serve our community. We’re also planning a special launch event to celebrate the opening—and we can’t wait to welcome you and share this exciting new chapter with everyone at Ed!
10. What will happen to my current booking?
If your booking falls between 25 April 2025 – mid June 2025, you will need to make alternative arrangements. As noted above, we’ll keep you informed of any updates or new processes as soon as they become available.
