RIVERS REACH IS THE LAST CHANCE TO BUY NEW FREEHOLD WATERFRONT HOUSES AT HAMILTON REACH.

Freehold, riverfront homes are a scarce commodity in Brisbane with only 15 sold in the past 12 months.

Frasers Property Australia has seen the demand for these premium residences and responded with Rivers Reach, 11 two- and three-storey luxury homes along the Brisbane River in the $700 million Hamilton Reach master-planned community.

Rivers Reach will be the final chance for homeowners to get their hands on a brand new freehold riverfront home at Hamilton Reach and follows the success of its previous riverfront release of eight River Homes. Once complete, the luxury Rivers Reach homes will range in size from 357 to 458 square metres over two or three levels. Frasers Property Australia’s General Manager Development Queensland Scott Ullman said the company was excited about delivering this collection of luxury freehold waterfront homes that will integrate perfectly with the Hamilton Reach community.

“Absolute riverfront homes remain a scarce commodity on the northside inner-city reach of the Brisbane River and usually have a steep price tag, evidenced by recent sales from the past 12 months that included a freehold residential riverfront home at New Farm selling for $15.5 million,” Mr Ullman said.

The Rivers Reach release will appeal to buyers in the $2 million price bracket, he said, noting the River Homes sold upwards of $3 million with one three-level home setting a new Hamilton Reach record sale price of $4.021 million.

“There are very few opportunities to own absolute riverfront freehold homes in the sought-after Hamilton suburb and other than our River Homes, the only other two nearby waterfront homes are on Harbour Road.

“These homes sold for $10.3 million and $11.8 million in 2010 and 2015 respectively, making our Rivers Reach homes exceptional buying for a riverfront location in one of Brisbane’s most prestigious suburbs.
