Freehold, riverfront homes are a scarce commodity in Brisbane with only 15 sold in the past 12 months. Frasers Property Australia has seen the demand for these premium residences and responded with Rivers Reach, 11 twoand three-storey luxury homes along the Brisbane River in the $700 million Hamilton Reach master-planned community. Rivers Reach will be the final chance for homeowners to get their hands on a brand new freehold riverfront home at Hamilton Reach and follows the success of its previous riverfront release of eight River Homes.
