Fred's Real Estate and Financing Experience
Fred's extensive experience in real estate finance began with his founding of First Rehab Lending in 2012. This firm provides short-term commercial loans to facilitate the acquisition of non-owner-occupied residential properties by seasoned speculators and home builders, emphasizing rapid service and long-term client relationships.
At 27, Fred launched and led Franklin First Financial until December 2018, growing it into a company licensed in 40 states and recognized as a top lender nationally. Franklin First, lauded for its diverse financial product offerings and cutting-edge technology, provided a range of loans, including FHA, VA, Conventional, USDA, and Reverse Mortgages.
His leadership prowess is further evidenced by his prior role as CEO of a general contractor company, giving him valuable insight into client needs. Throughout his career, he has completed nearly 100 fix-and-flip renovations, been active in numerous real estate and lending organizations, and received various industry awards
