Adds the second source: “They feel there’s no greater honor they could give Her Majesty than to name their daughter after her.” Sources say Harry and Meghan have included a tribute to Diana in Lili’s nursery. “There’s a lovely photo of Diana that has been hung up for Lili to look up at,” says the second source, adding that the room is already filled with lots of books, including some feminist titles for young girls. “The nursery isn’t overly girly,” notes the source. “There are greys and some light pinks, but it’s mostly gender-neutral colors.”
DADDY’S GIRL Despite all the royal tributes, Meghan and Harry are determined to raise Lili their way. “There won’t
be a big christening or official photographs and she’ll be kept out of the spotlight,” says the palace insider. “They feel strongly about keeping Lili grounded, and want to give her the most normal upbringing possible.” Still, Harry is having a hard time not spoiling his little girl. “He can’t help it,” says the palace insider. “He can’t take his eyes off Lili. He’s beyond protective and gets up in the middle of the night to check on her. Having a daughter is a dream come true for him.”

FUTURE PLANS With relations improving between Harry and Meghan and his family members, the palace insider says Meghan is thinking of joining Harry when he attends the unveiling of a new Diana statue, which is set to take place on July 1 on what would have been her 60th birthday. “Meghan will see how she
feels,” says the insider. Adds the second source: “For now, Harry and Meghan are getting their new routine established and taking some time off with Archie and the baby. They want to soak up this blissful feeling for as long as they can.”

During the final months of 2020, the beloved actor was gearing up to film the highly anticipated HBO Max Friends reunion special and looking forward to settling down with the love of his life, literary manager Molly Hurwitz, after popping the question in November. But in recent weeks, the troubled star’s world has come crashing down around him. In early May, a 20-year-old TikTok user posted a cringe-worthy exchange she’d had with the 51-year-old star after they matched on the celebrity dating site, Raya, last year. His May 27 appearance in the Friends special sparked concern by fans who claimed he seemed off-kilter and was slurring his words. Then, on June 1, Perry announced he and Hurwitz, 29, had called off their engagement. “Sometimes things just don’t work out and this is one of them,” he said of the split. “I wish Molly the best.” Now, an insider tells Us pals are worried Perry could end up in a dark place. “Matthew is all over the map right now, and there’s a growing feeling that without Molly around, he’s about to implode,” says

Says the insider, “He’s been to hell and back.” Being thrust into the spotlight again has taken a toll. “Matthew really threw himself into the reunion,” explains the insider. “He did a ton of dieting and round-the-clock prep during the build-up, and he put more pressure on himself than ever before. The Raya scandal and all the talk about how awkward he was on the Friends reunion has been really embarrassing,” the insider adds. “It’s been one thing after another, and while he has a lot of solid people around telling him it’ll be OK, he still feels stung.”
Vicodin, and a 28-day rehab stint soon followed. In 2000, he was hospitalized for pancreatitis and he went back to rehab in 2001. “I couldn’t stop,” he said of taking 30 pills a day and washing them down with vodka. Perry returned to rehab in 2011, but in 2017 he made headlines when a porn star claimed he’d asked her to get him painkillers. (He did not respond to the claims at the time.) The following year, the Whole Nine Yards actor spent three months in the hospital after suffering a gastrointestinal perforation.
DATING ALREADY? There are rumors Perry is finding solace in a new romance with his assistant, Briana Brancato, but the insider says those close to him are urging him to lay low for a bit. “His friends and family want him to take a big step back from Hollywood and from the limelight, and to stop worrying about his love life,” shares the insider. “They want him to focus on his well-being and tune everything else out until he’s in a better place mentally.”
