I am a Vancouver based make-up artist originally born in Paris, France. As long as I can remember I always drew. At school, the only class I really paid any attention in was art. I simply wasn't interested in anything else and my mother was often called because teachers were complaining about my drawing obsession. Between 2001 and 2012, I lived as a nomad, traveling across Polynesia, Caribbean Islands, Europe, USA, Canada and Asia. During this time I also became a minimalist. Minimalism is a way of taking out the non-essential in order to focus on what’s truly important to me, what gives my life meaning, and what gives me joy and value. When I returned to Vancouver from Asia in 2012, I wanted to learn how to work on people’s skin. I enrolled in the Global Make Up Program at Blanche Macdonald and graduated in April 2013.
