Frederique Morris

As a certified integrative coach I love helping others shift into self-empowerment and be happy. I was born in France, have a Masters Degree in Economics and Marketing. Ex- international commodity broker in Paris, I am the lucky mother of four teenagers and currently work alongside my husband as one of the director of our health and wellness center in Canberra, Australia. My husband is a medical doctor, wellness consultant and facilitator, who specialises in lifestyle medicine. We both share the same passion our continual research to light the path to health and happiness.
