Christopher Westhorp

I am an editor of colour illustrated books with 20 years' experience of producing international coedition titles, most recently as the managing editor of illustrated cultural reference books at a London-based independent publisher. My subject areas have ranged widely, including military history, ecology, natural history, culture and civilizations, religion and faith. My principal tasks have involved the commissioning and management (including budgeting and scheduling) of new titles into print, which has sometimes involved packaging for third-party clients, or preparing coeditions with leading university presses. I have now been self-employed for a number of years, managing book projects independently as well as editing and writing whenever required.
