The analysis highlights the fine urban grain and interconnected local structure of local centres around the site, i.e around the Eghave Space Metro station. The site is currently isolated at the local scale and lacks such a network of interconnected local routes. Establishing strong connections to the surrounding neighbourhoods from and across the site will help the local movement pattern and will integrate the site with its urban context. The development of the area is an opportunity to create a more human-scale and less infrastructure driven environment with amenities that cater to the local communities around the site as well as city-wide.
