Cette nouvelle interprétation de l’imprimé animalier est traitée dans un « esprit de tissage ikat », comme si ces rayures irrégulières venaient d’être peintes à l’encre de Chine.
Ce motif, décliné d’un ancien kimono Kenzo en soie, joue avec des dégradés raffinés de noir et blanc, ponctuellement animés de touches rose poudré et vert céladon. Un délicat micro-motif granité avec son jeu de matière, complète cette histoire.
This new interpretation of the animal print is treated in an “ikat weaving spirit”, as if the uneven stripes had just been painted with India ink.
The pattern, from a former Kenzo silk kimono, plays with refined shades of black and white, brightened in areas with touches of powder pink and celadon green. A delicate slubbed micropattern with an interplay of materials completes this tale.

Ce dessin est un jeu rythmé de galons ornés de micro-motifs masculins/féminins. Le mélange d’imprimés, à la fois graphique et floral dans une harmonie de bleu, s’inspire d’archives Kenzo.
