I. Admission Procedures: • Send or bring required documentation to our admissions office: French American Culinary and Hotel Institute Inc. 4370 La Jolla Village Drive, Suite 400. San Diego, CA 92122
• Take The Program entrance exam • Schedule an admission interview • Show up to the admission interview in formal attire.
II. Documentation requirements prior to acceptance: • Completed Admissions form (hand written) • Letter of motivation • Birth Certificate12 • High School Diploma or equivalent • College/University Degree completion documentation (proof of 2 or 4 year degree including grades) • 6 passport color photographs • 2 professional letters of recommendation (from work experience) • 2 school letters of recommendation (from schools and/instructors) • Curriculum Vitae • Medical certificate of good health /authorization to work in the Food & Beverage field, . to travel and live in Paris, France and to take the one year program. * In order to improve your dossier: 4 letters of recommendation from professors and/or professionals in the hotel and restaurant industry

III. Documentation requirements AFTER acceptance: • General Waiver of Liability Form • Proof of Medical (& liability) Insurance Coverage • French Language Proficiency Documentation (optional for candidates that do not wish . to take the intensive French proficiency course prior to the program)
