COMPANY HISTORY The SEED began as SEED srl, based in Tuscany, Italy. It was founded by Managing Director Michele Marani a specialist developer of custom DSP applications, in 1996. Today the company has evolved into a global business with a strong R&D team composed on highly qualified engineers located in Italy and China. Currently Seed Asia Ltd owns an internationally registered Trade Mark for its own Audio Products ”MARANI” and it develops and produces all Marani Brand products related to the professional audio market. Thanks to SEED’s highly qualified team, it also produces original design manufacturer (ODM), for international clients supporting them from concept to finish product. Product sectors include: and above all innovative audio processing, focusing on HD recording, karaoke effects, guitar and amp modeling algorithms, speech intelligibility and acoustic feedback processors, professional equalizers, compressors and general effects. DPA2655QRT 2 In - 6 Out Speaker Management System
DPA2655QRT is a high performance 2-IN/6-OUT digital speaker management system. Designed for maximum versatility, it provides all the processing and control necessary for both live and fixed installation use. Providing for any crossover configuration, it offers 2 analog inputs, 6 analog outputs and a digital S/PDIF input, managed by a powerful DSP Engine, in addition to high performance 24Bit AD/DA Converters. Each input channel provides a choice of EQ with 5-band Parametric equalization, Gain control and configurable Delay. Each output offers up to 5-band of
parametric equalization, in addition to the crossover filters which themselves provide slopes from 6dB/Octave up to 24dB/Octave. Each output path also features RMS Compressor, Peak Limiter and configurable Delay. The DPA2655QRT supports a full matrix mixing mode where inputs may be routed/mixed in any ratio to any output. For remote configuration and control the DPA2655QRT can be connected via USB or Ethernet. The control remote PC software allows simultaneous control up to 32 units, setting all parameters and showing real time levels.

DPA480 is the agship of Marani’s digital speaker management systems. Designed for maximum versatility, it provides all the processing and control necessary for both live and fixed installation use. It offers 4 analog inputs, 8 analog outputs and 2 digital S/PDIF inputs, managed by a powerful DSP Engine, in addition to high performance 24 Bit AD/DA converters. Each input channel provides a choice of EQ with 5-band Parametric equalizer, Noise Gate function, Gain control and configurable Delay. In addition each input includes Pink/White noise internal generator which may be used for tuning sound reinforcement systems during

DPA880T 8 In - 8 Out Digital Matrix System
The DPA880T is a high performance 8 input x 8 output digital Matrix mixer. Designed for maximum versatility, it provides all the processing and control necessary for fixed installation use. Particularly suitable for conference system applications and other applications with multiple microphones and loudspeakers. It includes 8 independently switchable Line/Mic inputs with Phantom power supply, 8 Line outputs, managed by a powerful DSP Engine, in addition to high performance 24 Bit AD/DA converters. The DPA880T supports a full matrix mixing mode where inputs may be routed/mixed in any ratio to any output. Each Mic/Line input channel provides Low/High-Pass 1st order filters, 3-band Parametric EQ, Noise Gate function and Gain control. In addition Mic inputs include a Feedback Eliminator function, based on a powerful “Pitch Shifting” algorithm, particularly
suitable for voice applications. Each output offers up to 5band of parametric equalization, in addition to the crossover filters which themselves provide slopes from 6dB/Octave up to 24dB/Octave. Each output path also features RMS compressor, Peak Limiter and configurable Delay. For remote configuration and control the DPA880T can be connected via Ethernet, USB or RS485 by using the control remote PC software. In addition, it can be managed by an Apple iPad® device, using the dedicated DPA880xT software setting all parameters For complex systems, 4 digital Input and 4 digital output ports are provided for GPIO Integration allowing connection to various devices. Furthermore the DPA880T can be connected via RS485 to the optional CP4 Wall Panel control that allows selection of 4 assigned presets and master volume control.

DPA880AMT 8 In - 8 Out Digital Matrix System
The DPA880AMT is a high performance 8 input x 8 output digital Matrix mixer. Designed for conference systems, it maintains the same characteristics as the DPA880T in addition to the Automixing function and Ducking process. It includes 8 independently switchable Line/Mic inputs with Phantom power supply, 8 Line outputs, managed by a powerful DSP Engine, in addition to high performance 24 Bit AD/DA converters. The DPA880AMT supports a full matrix mixing mode where inputs may be routed/mixed in any ratio to any output. Each Mic/Line input channel provides Low/HighPass 1st order filters, 3-band Parametric EQ, Noise Gate function and Gain control. In addition microphone inputs include a Feedback Eliminator function, based on a powerful “Pitch Shifting” algorithm, particularly suitable for voice applications. A u t o m i x i n g f u n c t i o n a u t o m a t i c a l l y adjusts input level to make operating easier using either
NOM (Number of Open Mics) attenuation function or Gain Sharing algorithm. In addition Ducking process enforces a "priority order" of open microphones in order that highpriority inputs attenuate lower-priority inputs. Each output offers up to 5-band of parametric equalization, crossover filters, RMS compressor, Peak Limiter and configurable Delay. For remote configuration and control the DPA880AMT can be connected via Ethernet, USB or RS485 by using the control remote PC software. In addition, it can be managed by an Apple iPad® device, using the dedicated DPA880xT software setting all parameters and showing real time levels. For complex systems, 8 digital IN/OUT ports are provided for GPIO Integration. Furthermore the DPA880AMT can be connected via RS485 to the optional CP4 Wall Panel control that allows selection of 4 assigned presets and master volume control.

MDA44T 4-Channel DSP Power Amplifier
MDA44T is a highly exible, powerful and intelligent 4-Channel Class D power amplifier delivering up to a total of 3200W @ 4 . Designed to meet the most demanding portable and fixed installation sound systems, it provides a full set of value added features such as high output power, efficient cooling system, on board DSP and USB/RS485/Ethernet networking for monitoring and control via PC software. To guarantee maximum reliability, the MDA44T includes 2 highly efficient Universal Switch Mode Power Supplies, each independently powering a set of 2 channels. The 4 output stages use the well-known Class D - full bandwith PWM modulator obtaining ultra low distortion, high efficiency and also equipped with a full set of circuit protections. Furthermore the Clip/Limiter function provides output monitoring to prevent speaker damage with gentle reduction at clip threshold, in addition to
the efficient heat dissipation system and Over-Heat protection which themselves ensure uncompromised reliability. MDA44T is more than just a power amplifier. It is also a capable and sophisticated loudspeaker processor thanks to its powerful DSP Engine and high performance 24 Bit AD/DA Converters. It offers 4 channels of crossover filters, parametric EQs, and dynamics processing alignment delay, everything needed to optimize a loudspeaker system. In addition the Clip/Limiter function provides output monitoring to prevent speaker damage with gentle gain reduction at clip threshold. MDA88F 8-Channel DSP Power Amplifier
MDA88F is a highly exible and intelligent digital audio matrix mixer with 8-Channel Class D power amplifier delivering up to a total of 2000W@4Ω. To guarantee maximum reliability, it includes 2 highly efficient Switch Mode Power Supplies with PFC, each independently powering a set of 4 channels. The 8 output stages use the well-known Class D - full bandwith PWM modulator obtaining ultra low distortion, high efficiency and also equipped with a full set of circuit protections. Designed to meet the most demanding multi-zone application sound systems, it provides a full set of value added features such as 8 independently switchable Line/Mic inputs with Phantom power supply, 8 Line outputs, supporting a full matrix mixing mode where inputs may be routed/mixed in any ratio to any output. MDA88F also provides a variety of Eqs, Noise Gate function, Gain control, X-over, RMS compressor, Peak Limiter and Delay. In addition Mic inputs
include a Feedback Eliminator, based on a powerful “Pitch Shifting” algorithm, particularly suitable for voice applications. Automixing function automatically adjusts input level to make operating easier using either NOM (Number of Open Mics) attenuation function or Gain Sharing algorithm. In addition Ducking process enforces a "priority order" of open Mics in order that high-priority inputs attenuate lower-priority inputs. For remote configuration and control the MDA88F can be connected via Ethernet, USB or RS485 by using the control remote PC software. In addition, it can be managed by an Apple iPad® device, using the dedicated DPA880xT software setting all parameters and showing real time levels. For complex systems, 8 digital IN/OUT ports are provided for GPIO Integration. Furthermore the MDA88F can be connected via RS485 to the optional CP4 Wall Panel control that allows selection of 4 assigned presets and master volume control.

CLP2600 Professional Multi-Band Compressor Limiter
The CLP2600 is a Professional Multi Band Compressor/ Limiter performing a compression process on 3 different bands offering excellent sonic quality for any application from studio recording to live sound or broadcast. It is a powerful dynamic processor that offers sampling rates up to 48kHz, with a 24-bit digital signal path, that can be used in dual channel, stereo or mono mode. The CLP2600 has been carefully designed to improve the overall signal dynamic performance with the 3 RMS compressors per channel in addition to the Peak Limiter function to minimize dangerous signal peaks.
