Fresh State’s Special General Meeting Wrap Up

On Wednesday, the 24th of March, Fresh State held their Special General Meeting (SGM). After a cancelled SGM the year prior, due to COVID 19, the team and Board at Fresh State were extremely glad to invite members to a face-to-face meeting.

This year, the meeting was held at the Quest Hotel in Epping, where members enjoyed a catered breakfast before the meeting took place. We had a full house, with no empty seat left; Fresh State appreciates all the members who joined us at the meeting. This SGM was one not to be missed; very exciting topics around the future of the Melbourne Market were amongst the discussion. Constructive feedback from members was encouraged in this meeting, and Fresh State delved into the opinions of the wholesalers and began a workshop on how we can make the Market a better workplace. This year's SGM was just the start of a bigger plan to be implemented in the future.
