“ON-MARKET” MARKETING CAMPAIGN TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST RETURN ON YOUR INVESTMENT. MRIS (Metropolitan Regional Information System): We will provide immediate exposure through a state-of-the-art real estate listing database making your home available to every Realtor in the District of Columbia as well as neighboring cities. The listings will be entered to the system as a residential property to reach potential buyers at all levels. ON-SITE SALES OFFICE: We will staff an on-site office to allow agents and buyers greater ease in showing and to provide statistics and security. Recommended hours are: Tuesday 12pm—3pm, Saturday & Sunday from 12:00pm to 5pm. The remaining days are by appointment only, but a sales agent is always available to provide information and answer questions via phone. We will also educate buyers and agents on purchasing programs and options when appropriate. PROPERTY FACT SHEETS: We will prepare attractive and descriptive fact sheets about your homes and incorporate photography as appropriate. The photographs of your home are the most important piece in our marketing efforts. Our photography is done by HomeVisit, a cutting edge service provider. In our experience we drive more views and more sales with rich visuals that appeal to today’s sophisticated buyers.
