April 2013
The distinctive sign of innovation is the skilful convergence between the decorative glass of Murano and the most advanced energy-saving lighting technologies: L.E.D. with very reduced energy consumption, 12-volt halogen light bulbs, high efficiency and excellent light quality are combined with the elegant and innovative design of the new collections, the centuries old glass making techniques, and Barovier&Toso’s customary ability to create emotions; for more than 700 years.

Windsor
Sinuous, elegant arms which unfurl from a slender central body in a visual game of twists, and which are smartly aligned on a same plane. These are the distinctive features of the collection which is composed of three chandeliers – 10, 14 and 24-light – and a 2-light wall lamp. The lamp-holder cups are always an opaque white with a shade whose tonality is the same as the arms. Design: : Barovier&Toso, 2013 Available colours: crystal/white, liquid citron/white, grey/white, aquamarine/white
Pigalle
The four chandeliers (with 6, 9, 12, and 18 lights) that the family is composed of are characterized by a lavish central body with soft-shape elements that are wrought using different techniques. It is surrounded by slender arms upon which the white diffusers rest: each contains six L.E.D.s of only 6.2 total watts, but they are capable of producing a brightness which is the equivalent of a traditional 40-watt light bulb. The spot dissipater positioned at the base of the diffusers is chromed and shaped in a distinctive manner. Even the last ogive is L.E.D. illuminated. The collection is rounded out by two L.E.D. wall lamps and a table lamp equipped with a lamp shade with a Plexiglas upper shield and traditional lighting. All the metal parts are chromed. Liuk
Energy-saving lighting is the Force of this ceiling light, which is suitable for bright installations of great scenic effect. The crystal elements which distinguish it are made using a production technique which is patented by Barovier&Toso: a pulverised silver-leaf core reflects the light of the L.E.D.s, which are enclosed in the elegant chromed ovals, and transmits it up to the tip via a principle which is similar to optical fibre. The chromed fixture which supports the elements houses low-voltage halogen light bulbs for a lighting effect of great impact. There are three different shapes offered, for a total of six models which are also combinable among themselves. Design: Barovier&Toso, 2013 Available colours: crystal/silver
Pandora
Graceful like creatures from a distant planet who are floating among the natives of a fantasy world, Pandora is a family of suspension chandeliers with 5, 8 and 10 arms and a matching two-light wall lamp. The chromed base, which is decorated with a L.E.D. illuminated element, supports the arms rising up into a large lampshade which screens the traditional light bulbs and diffuses the light. The black lampshade is also available with a gilded interior. Design: Barovier&Toso, 2013 Available colours: gold, crystal; Shades: white, black, black/gold

Twins
On the heels of the successes of the recent past, a horizontal chandelier with a vigorous yet refined appearance. The arms’ crystal, which is very material, is transparent, while the halogen light bulbs are enclosed in opaque white cups which diffuse and soften the light. The framework is chromed so as to render the whole even more sophisticated. Along with three chandeliers of various shapes and dimensions, (4-light squared, 8 or 12light rectangular), also part of the family are a two-light wall lamp and a desk lamp – with traditional light bulb – whose central body recaptures the workmanship of the chandelier, thus enhancing it. Design: Barovier&Toso, 2013 Available colours: white/crystal, crystal; Shades: white, black
Spinn
The “bambolina” is an element used in chandeliers of the Muranese tradition. Spirally arranged and internally lit by halogen light bulbs, they form a bright swirl which adorns the setting with designs and shadows thanks to the typical glass working called “a balotòn” (giving a cross-relief effect on glass). The chromed fixture is equipped with low-voltage halogen downlights and is also available in rectangular form with the elements arranged linearly. Design: Barovier&Toso, 2013 Available colours: gold, crystal

A shapely collection with Boteroesque contours and generous dimensions. The two suspension chandeliers have a diameter of 120 cm (3-light) and 150 cm (5light) with oversized lampshades, and can be matched with wall lamps of two different dimensions. The family is rounded out by two desk lamps, both of which are also in two size variations. The chromed neck is typical of the entire line. Kensington
A family composed of two chandelier styles which are different but united by a British style and the combination of wrought glass with straight striations and opaque beige/gold cups. One style is slender and suitable for high and largescale settings, and comes in three different models: 10, 15 or 20-light. The second and more compact style is instead perfect for ceilings in modern houses or large celebration halls, and comes in one 12-light model and two 24-light models. The wall lamps are matching. A desk lamp of Doric elegance with a cylindrical lampshade completes the selection. The metal framework is always gilded.
