Human Presence Detection HPD 1

The detection zone of the HPD 1 can be precisely limited to an exactly defined range. Thus, e.g. a disturbing area of tres­ passing is completely masked. A maximum of 3 different ranges can be adjusted during set-up via the software. This is done even more comfortable via remote control, when stepping out a desired range.

The HPD 1 people sensor is the next level in sensor sys­ tems. A sensor that detects people and identifies their exact number. Whether they are sitting or standing and not even moving. It has taken the world’s top specialists and universities 5 years to develop this system which analyses images directly in the sensor. Information is ­delivered through an IP interface or relay. This now opens the way to entirely new applications in building automation.

Benefit No. 2: Detect people For the first time it is possible to detect a person without being in motion. The detection independent of movement applies to ­sitting and standing persons. This precise detection prevents faulty operation. Furthermore, shortest possible follow-up times are possible for light switching.

Benefit No. 3: Count people The HPD 1 does not only detect whether people are present, but also their number. It is designed both for close detection in rooms and remote detection in hallways with a length of up to 15 m. Strong IR LEDs ensure this function even in the dark. Control Pro IR Quattro slim

The world’s flattest presence detector is almost invisible. How­ ever, with an impressive performance. Despite of the flat design, the newly developed hexagonal Retina lens allows for square detection in a range of 3 × 3 m – with tangential detection of up to 5 × 5 m.

The IR Quattro SLIM is available in the versions COM1, COM2, DIM and KNX. It is exclusively operated via the optional remote control.

For the hardest tasks. And for simplest installation.

The Steinel IP 65 lamp family is suited for toughest applications. It is rated IP 65 with protection class II. Due to its frosted polycarbonate hood, the lamps generate very bright light. They pass the 850 degree glow-wire test without any efforts and are impact-resistant according to IK 10.

Sensor-Switched Indoor Light RS PRO LED S1 IP65 RS PRO LED S1 IP65 is easily mounted and due to its screwed frame, it is extremely resistant, dust-proof and protected against water jets. In addition, the break-proof indoor sensor lamp con­ vinces with a very high light ­efficiency. Furthermore, the lamp detects motion by means of high-frequency technology and switches automatically – without disturbing clicking noise.
