Miramar Rangers won the 1992 Chatham Cup, beating Waikato United 3-1 in the final at Wellington's Basin Reserve. Darren Fellows put Waikato ahead early before Billy Wright levelled for Rangers. Wright scored again with a second half penalty and a late goal from Vaughan Coveny wrapped up the game for the Barrie Truman-coached Wellington club. Winner of the Jack Batty Memorial Cup for Player of the Game was Rangers' Neal Cave. Programme courtesy of Dave Petraska. Converted to digital format by www.friendsoffootballnz.com.
