A. I’ve been with Youthville for nearly 6 years. My role as the CIO is to lead projects that provide our employees with the necessary information to perform their work efficiently. I also lead a team to anticipate demand changes in the industry and ensure our 5- and 10-year IT strategies are in place.

The contest provides us with “free” advertising and an opportunity to win funds via the Vivint Gives Back Project’s donation matching contest.
Brooks is the chief information and operations officer for Youthville, one of the largest nonprofit child welfare agencies in Kansas.
