Here is a course that is designed to meet the needs of today’s busy educators and meet the needs of the students they teach . Research shows us that professional development is an ongoing process that must also be meaningful and relevant . In this course, educators will have the opportunity to explore personalized and researchbased instructional practices to customize learning that will lead to student academic success . Educators will explore the most popular professional development topics and transform them into meaningful, relevant, and practical classroom practices that will empower and ensure student learning for all . An additional fee of $80, payable to Jon Maska, is due the first day of class . This course is an online class . Participants will use Moodle to complete their work . Action Based Personalized PD is a learning extension of the previously offered course, Personalized Successful PD . This course will allow educators to apply previously gained knowledge in the form of action based professional practice . Addressing the needs of ALL children can be quite the task . This course will allow the educator to apply directly what they have learned with updated researchbased strategies . Educators will have the opportunity to connect meaningful techniques that will ensure greater student academic improvement .
