Yep, there is no doubt in my mind that the Fripp most of us remember and loved so dearly will not be as it once was …. ever again. I thought COVID was a tough adjustment but learning to cope with the idea that development on Fripp has recently increased dramatically in comparison to what has been seen over the past 10 to 15 years is why it is so important now to ensure that the Fripp guidelines and Beaufort County ordinances for residential development are followed and adhered to with the upmost priority that it requires. If not, our slice of paradise may just be in jeopardy.
