My name is Heather Williams, also known as, NaturallyMe35. I am a Lifestyle Blogger, Entrepreneur and Fitness Coach for Beachbody. Heather is also a wife and proud mother of three wonderful boys. She became a coach for Beachbody in December 2012. As a coach, Heather helps her clients meet their fitness and weight- loss goals. “Paying it Forward”, as she likes to call it! When she’s not blogging or coaching, you can find Heather spending time with her family and actively participating in community service work. For Heather, this is only the beginning.
