In the tradition of Jewish Mezuzot, these bronze house blessings are hand carved in beeswax and cast using the ancient method of cire perdue into 100% recycled bronze. Each comes with words etched into the back and a paper scroll, to place inside that reads: C

Vatsala Sperling, a scientist and clinical microbiologist by training, published author and currently a practicing homeopath, has donated all income from the sale of her fiber work – not just the profits or a percentage of it – to a scholarship fund for children in the Upper Valley Waldorf School from 2001 – 2009 and continues to donate for supporting children’s education in The Sharon Academy where her son is currently enrolled.
