BIANCHI MATERIALS Bianchi® offers a variety of materials to meet the needs of those who use our products. From AccuMold® ballistic weave to leather and leather/laminate combinations, Bianchi has a material that works for you.

Our premium grade full grain leather and ballistic weave fabrics are long lasting, durable, and offer the professional look desired by law enforcement and sports enthusiasts alike.

A state-of-the art molded synthetic nylon product constructed from our trilaminate material, made up of a ballistic weave outer fabric, a firm, high-density closed-cell foam center; and a smooth Coptex™ lining. All AccuMold gear is contour molded to precisely fit the gear it was designed to carry.

We’ve taken our patented AccuMold technology and dressed it up. The AccuMold® Elite™ line offers the same construction of AccuMold, but with a Duraskin™ outer material that looks amazingly like leather. You can’t tell the difference until you pick it up and see that it’s almost half the weight of leather.

PatrolTek™ duty belts and accessories are made using our molded trilaminate technology but at a price to meet the demands of evertightening budgets. Now you don’t have to give up function and wear to get duty gear at a great price.

Bianchi ErgoTek™ duty belts redistribute the weight of the duty gear, away from the edges of the belt and over its wide closed-cell foam cushioned surface. For even more stability and added holster support, a high-density internal polymer stiffener runs the full length and width of belt. You’ll notice immediately that the ErgoTek belt is both light in weight and far more comfortable than a traditional duty belt. We start out with a thermoformed, synthetic shell precisely formed to the firearm. Then we wrap it with our premium grade, full grain, vegetable-tanned cowhide and give it our finishing touches, including burnished edges and our leather finish that gives the holster that distinctive leather look and smell. With the Allusion series, we are also able to add features not typically found with leather-only construction, such as our retention detent and smooth draw and re-holstering.
