Let’s Celebrate our family news

New Here? We're a church that aims to be more of an extended family than an organisation. We’re so pleased you came along! The next step is to connect to a missional community; they are the heartbeat of our church.

Stories A couple of weeks ago, my bike slipped on some wet leaves as I was in the queue at some traffic lights on my way home from work. My fall hurt my ankle and chest but unfortunately as I was falling, I fell against a car, also waiting at the traffic lights and I damaged the car door. I agreed to pay for the cost of the repairs which wasn’t cheap! I had just been reading James in the Moravian texts which says to rejoice in trials and that’s what I tried to do that evening; but I have to say I was not feeling too much joy, rather sorry for myself!!! I ended up meeting with the guy and inviting him to church and sharing why I go. He hasn’t come yet (I don’t think) but he said that most of his family are Christians; some missionaries in Cyprus so who knows where those interactions will lead on his journey with God. A couple of days later, someone from my community gave me the amount I had to pay out for the crash; amazing, thank you! What I’ve learnt is that God allows trials and He is there all the way through, wanting us to keep our eyes on Him.

Christmas Service Come and join us on Sunday 17th December for our Christmas Service. As well as some Christmas carols, we're encouraging the kids to come in their favourite fancy dress costumes. This is a visitor friendly service, who could you bring? Invites are at the welcome desk each Sunday.

Last Weekly Notice Sheet As you may be aware, we have been sending out weekly email updates as a transition to change how we update you with various news and events. Today is the last time you will be given news in the form of a notice sheet. Please make sure your email is up to date and we are listed as safe senders on your emails. We will be printing a monthly date sheet for those who don’t receive emails - please look forward to and read our weekly emails.
