SOMETHING FOR EVERYONE
At Frost Valley YMCA, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to bond with the people who mean the most to them in the great outdoors. That is why we invite you and your family to join us on our 5,500 acres in the Catskills. Come hike our many trails, enjoy scenic views such as High Falls, take a canoe out with your children on Lake Cole, or test your courage on our high ropes challenges like the zipline. These are the moments that turn a simple weekend away in the mountains into traditions that last for generations to come. Join us in the autumn when the foliage is at its peak and activities include: making apple cider, painting pumpkins, and going on hayrides. Visit us in the winter for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, ice fishing, or simply warming up by the fireplace with a good book and a cup of hot cocoa. The springtime is perfect for exploring the wildflowers along our trails, stargazing at our observatory, or sharing songs and stories around the campfire. Even as adults, you can go back to summer camp during our Family Camp in late August, and swim in the lake, practice your archery skills, or go horseback riding. Although the seasons may change, the children may be getting bigger, the family spreading out, or the job getting busier, we all deserve time not only to be outdoors, but time together. You won’t even have to take a day off from work to get away and unwind! Families come here to grow closer, build traditions, and make new memories. We can’t wait for your family to join us here in the Valley! Sincerely, The Group and Family Retreats Staff at Frost Valley YMCA 845-985-2291 x 450 • reservations@frostvalley.org

ABOUT FROST VALLEY
Surrounded by Catskill Mountain peaks just 2 ½ hours north of New York City, we provide year-round access to nature, adventure, and education to people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. From summer camp and school programs, to group and family retreats, to equestrian and other specialty groups, Frost Valley has something for everyone.
The TOKYO-FROST VALLEY PARTNERSHIP provides a home base for Japanese families to receive respite from the work, school, and social stresses of life in a foreign country.
At EAST VALLEY RANCH, surrounded by hundreds of acres of forest, fields, and trails, guests enjoy total privacy, create their own weekend retreat schedule, and/or allow Frost Valley staff to customize a program for them from our many offerings, including horseback riding, adventure challenges, hiking, and much more. Frost Valley YMCA’s OUTDOOR SPORTING PROGRAM provides nature enthusiasts access to 5,500 acres of forest, fields, lakes, rivers, and trails to hike, camp, fish, and more. Frost Valley’s ANNUAL GIVING CAMPAIGN is vital to our mission. Without the generous support of our donors, we would not be able to provide financial assistance and impactful programming to individuals and groups who otherwise would not experience it.
