In pursuit of this mission we strive to embody the following core values: caring, community, diversity, honesty, inclusiveness, respect, responsibility and stewardship.

PLAN A CATSKILL RETREAT

FAMILY RETREATS AT MAIN CAMP

At Frost Valley YMCA, we believe that everyone deserves the opportunity to bond with the people who mean the most to them in the great outdoors. That is why we invite you and your family to join us on our 5,500 acres in the Catskills. Come hike our many trails, enjoy scenic views at High Falls, take a canoe out with your children on Lake Cole, or test your courage on our high ropes challenges like the zipline. These are the moments that turn a simple weekend away in the mountains into traditions that last for generations to come.

Join us in the autumn when the foliage is at its peak and activities include: making apple cider, painting pumpkins, and going on hayrides. Visit us in the winter for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, or ice fishing. The springtime is perfect for exploring the wildflowers along our trails, stargazing at our observatory, or sharing songs and stories around the campfire.

Although the seasons may change, the children may be getting bigger, the family may be spreading out, or the job may be getting busier, we all deserve time not only to be outdoors, but also to spend time together. You may not even have to miss a day of work to get away and unwind! Families come here to grow closer, build traditions, and make new memories. We can’t wait for your family to join us here in the Valley!
