ure, we know there are pesticides in our food. Yep, we know that the vegetables we eat are, for the most part, produced by big farms that are competing to produce the biggest, prettiest vegetables for our grocery store chains.

We also know, unless we live under a rock, that genetically modified produce is the norm in our country and outlawed in certain others due to the health hazards. Finding out what is exactly in our food is a tedious task since we must educate ourselves in able to read food labels, learn the various names for ingredients, the effects on our health and the politics behind our purchases. Life is easier for us to go to McDonalds and order a Big Mac and face the consequences. Bottom line, how much do you care?

Let’s start at the basics. What exactly is organic food? According to standards set by the USDA, the label "100% Organic" means that the meat, eggs, and milk products are free of antibiotics and artificial growth hormones. (to learn more, go to ams.usda.gov). Beware of foods labeled “Natural” "Free-Range," "Hormone Free" which are not necessarily “100% Organic”.

Our daily grocery store chains average about 1% of their inventory as organic. True organic products will be more

costly than non-organic. Why? It costs more money to find alternatives to pesticides or bovine growth hormones which are synthetic hormones given to conventional dairy cattle to increase milk. Additionally it costs more to treat your soil naturally or to hire more laborers to weed by hand or to clean polluted water. Politics and big business enter into the fields. Thusly, farmers and companies have to pay in order to be “organic”. According to a Fox News report, organic farms can pay anywhere from $400 to $2,000 a year to be inspected and certified. Compost and animal manure used instead of products that include damaging chemicals are more expensive to ship. Higher production allows for a cheaper price tag on the shelf. Therefore, because organic farms are smaller their costs are higher.

How can you save money? Purchase wisely.

1. Buy organic nuts, cereal, flour or whatever you can, in bins from your organic stores.

2. Buy only the amount you'll need to avoid spoilage.

3. Look for sales. Check out your organic products first then go to the regular foods and compare. Organic carrots may be on sale and the regular carrots are more!

4. Spend your money on fresh organic fruits and vegetables

which are on the bad list of having the highest pesticide residue levels then go ahead and buy the regular produce that have low levels. You can look them up on ewg.org. Here is a list of some of the worse fruits and vegetables along with the amounts of different pesticides detected in the produce. Apples (45 different pesticides (remember, that’s apple sauce, apple juice.) sweet bell peppers (50), celery (more than 60), cucumbers (86), potatoes (30) and spinach (50).

5. Buy local – Some communities have agriculture groups where you can become a member and contribute to the cost of a local organic farm and get a weekly share of the produce seasonally.

6. Coupons! Go online or pick up at the health stores, Whole Foods, etc.

7. Plan meals ahead! (I keep Amy’s Frozen food meals in my freezer just in case)

8. Plant a garden! Vegetable or herbs! Join a community garden! Just growing tomatoes helps!

9. Buy organic then can! (There are reasons why great-grandma had those shelves with her preserves,

jellies and tomato sauce and so fun to do with your friends on canning day!) Canning removes most toxins.

10. Shop grocery chains that have their own organic brands. 11. Buy produce seasonally.

12. Eat more vegetables and less meat. Meat is expensive and organic meat is way more expensive.

Buying organic is not just about the pesticides. Doing your research helps you decide how important workers’ rights are to you, the treatment of animals and the protection of plants and wildlife, the cost of energy used to produce, the power of big conglomerates, Washington and special interest groups who dictate what is in our food by votes and political power. You have to make a personal choice. How important is a healthier life, environment and your planet to you personally? How much are you willing to do in your community, home and most importantly in your own body? Basically, you have to decide how much you really care! UT

if you’re planning to redecorate your home or you’re thinking about adding a few new designer-inspired touches to your favorite rooms, we think you’ll agree that this year’s interior design trends will add a new level of sophistication and style to every room in your home.

Teddy Karl, Principal Designer at The Great Cover Up, notes that wallpaper has made a huge comeback in the past few years. “Wallpaper is trending now. We’re doing a huge business in designer wallpaper, especially geometric patterns,” says Karl.

Color is a key element in giving your home a dramatic decorator look. Ellen Ross, owner of The Curtain Exchange, St. Louis’s best resource for ready-made decorator curtains and window treatments, says, “Shades of blue, green, burnt orange, pink, lavender, grey and neutrals are making a comeback. New interior design trends for 2015 are metallic light fixtures, metallic accessories, stained cement floors, dark hardwood floors and brightly-colored

rugs. Another decorating trend is to combine the old with the new for a look that’s visually interesting.”

When you mix fine antiques with new furniture, the contrast of the old and the new is a dramatic departure from the perfectly matched room. We especially like the elegant, understated look of an antique English dining table embellished with exquisite handmade crystal designed by William Yeoward.

Barbara Pierce, an interior designer at The Curtain Exchange, notes that simple curtains with side panels and simple rods are a new decorating trend. “The look is clean and uncluttered. The curtains are hung high which opens up the room, makes the ceilings seem higher and

brings in the light. Silk curtains are still selling, but we’re also selling curtains in natural fibers such as cotton and linen. The look is less formal. There’s a trend toward a more casual, more comfortable feel,” says Barbara. Interior designer Arlene Lilie, owner of Arlene Lilie Interior Design, highlights the new trends in luxurious decorator fabrics. “The new fabrics are so inspiring, especially the velvet fabrics, the embellished fabrics and the bold print fabrics designed in deep, rich colors. There are so many new decorator fabrics designed in contemporary patterns. You’ll also see beautiful silk and sequin fabrics.”

UT - WHAT IS YOUR BACKGROUND AND WORK EXPERIENCE?

MP - I was musically trained as a lyric soprano. In the 1970’s I began my singing career as the in-house singer at The Café Pierre in NYC. I first sold American Indian jewelry and then started my own diamond jewelry wholesale company in New York City. It became my lifetime career. I love to create, and jewelry design just comes naturally to me.

UT - WHEN DID YOU OPEN YOUR JEWELRY STORE IN FRONTENAC?

MP - I opened the store in 1978. I’ve now been a jeweler for 40 years! We specialize in exceptional diamond engagement rings. We offer many designers plus my own original designs.

UT - YOU’RE A WELL-KNOWN PHILANTHROPIST. HOW DO YOU BALANCE WORK AND YOUR OTHER INTERESTS?

MP - I work day and night. I just have this internal drive to do whatever needs to be done to help other people. I simply don’t know how to say no.

Note: Mary serves on the boards of the Missouri Baptist University Board of Trustees. She is Vice President of the Friends of Music at Washington University, Missouri Mansion Preservation Inc. and serves on the Boards of the Sheldon Concert Hall, and the Winter Opera. In 2012 Mary won two awards – National Woman of the Year by the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and one of St. Louis’ Women of Achievement. Thanks to a grant from Mary, an historical house in Ste Genevieve was preserved. She donated the Jean Baptiste Valle house and gardens to the National Society of Colonial Dames.

UT - DO YOU STILL SING PROFESSIONALLY?

MP - Yes, I’ve performed for British Prime Minister John Major, Presidents George W. and George H. Bush, Mikhail Gorbachev, and Australian PM John Howard. I’ve sung quite a few times at the Missouri governor’s mansion. I’ve been asked to sing at the opening of the joint session in Jefferson City on January 7, 2015

UT - ANY ADVICE TO WOMEN SEEKING CAREER ACHIEVEMENT?

MP - Treat people with respect. It helps to be self-motivated. Never stop learning and be tenacious.

TZ - I started my career at Penton Media in Cleveland Ohio as a Marketing Counselor for Lodging Hospitality Magazine before moving to St Louis in 1992. Next, I founded The Toy Lending Library for Parents as Teachers after receiving an educational grant from the State of Missouri! After that I was hired by Chimera Publishing in Clayton Missouri.

UT – WHAT BUSINESS DID YOU LATER ACQUIRE?

TZ - After a few years, I opened New City Publishing with Jane Sueme as my partner. We created and produced business guides as well as a hospice magazine called Beacon of Hope. One of the first decisions we made was to join The Clayton Chamber of Commerce in 1996!

UT – WHAT’S IT LIKE WORKING FOR THE CHAMBER?

SR - After graduating from Ladue High School and completing two years in the Art program at the University of MO Columbia, I remained undecided in my career path. Cosmetology school gave me a life with not only an outlet for my creative aspect, a security in my future but also a "say" in that future. It seemed natural for me to go in this direction. After all, I’ve always believed that Hair is Art!

UT - HOW DID YOU BEGIN TO GET YOUR BUSINESS TOGETHER AND THEN ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS?

SR - In 1981, with the help of my parents, I bought my hair salon Samantha’s Other Place and so my career began. I’m proud to have built it up over the past 34 years.

UT - HOW DO YOU KEEP ON TOP DURING TRYING TIMES?

SR - I’ve been swallowed whole and spit out quite a few times.These were opportunities to learn, reexamine, celebrate and even mourn. You have a choice, either adapt, gather the positives and focus on them, or not. I chose the former and it's worked for me. Things either slowly or quickly turn around.

UT - WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE WOMEN WHO SHARE YOUR DREAM?

SR - Keep moving forward , look where you are, where you’ve been and where you want to go. Like growing old gracefully, adjust, adjust and re-adjust. Choose a business wisely – one that can feed your soul. Ask others for help and suggestions. Make up the rules as you go. Most of all, listen to yourself. Ask yourself what feels right? What is the most logical thing to do? I’ve heard it said a dream is but a fantasy without action. Make it happen!

LL - I graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communication Graphics from Texas Christian University. My career began in Corporate Marketing: Customer Relations, Exhibits and Airshows with McDonnell Douglas Corporation. In 1995, I got my real estate license and began my next vocation in residential sales. During the past 20 years I worked for several brokerage firms gaining knowledge on every aspect of the real estate business. I became a sponge. In 2000, I received my Broker’s license with the intent of owning my own company in the future.

UT - WHEN DID YOU FIRST REALIZE YOU WANTED YOUR OWN BUSINESS?

LL - It was always in back of my mind. Past clients returned to me for advice; either on their home, a family member’s or a friend’s home. I kept asking myself, why after all these years do they keep coming back to me? It all came down to the level of service I was providing. Many people do not have the drive to open up their own business. I have that drive.

UT - HOW DID YOU BEGIN YOUR BUSINESS AND THEN ACCOMPLISH YOUR GOALS?

LL - In 2010, after surviving a very volatile real estate market I knew that the business model of traditional real estate had to change for both the agent and the customer. I created Elizabeth Real Estate Group LLC, based on the concept of personal concierge brokerage. Elizabeth is a small independent locally owned boutique real estate agency that specializes in personal service. When you hire an Elizabeth agent, you’re hiring a seasoned professional.

UT - HOW DO YOU KEEP ON TOP DURING TRYING TIMES?

LL - Keeping a good sense of humor. ‘What doesn’t kill you makes you stronger!’ is my motto. You also have to be flexible and adaptable, the environment is constantly changing.

UT - WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE WOMEN WHO SHARE YOUR DREAM?

LL - Believe in yourself. Don’t be afraid to make mistakes, they are valuable lessons. Be passionate about what you do. If you do not enjoy what you do, find what makes you happy, then take that passion and create your dream.

Whether you grew up with Gidget surfing the giant waves, Rockford and his many files of detective work or if you were lucky enough to have a Barbie which shared the name of this exotic western mecca, you have heard of Malibu, California! Sunny beaches at the foot of the Santa Monica Mountains in a Mediterranean climate are dreams come true when you live in St. Louis with the hot, humid summer or ice bucket air of winter.

Located in Los Angeles County, Malibu is about 35-40 miles away from L.A (depending on where in L.A. you are) and you can count on an hour in the car. (Remember, it’s L.A!) Malibu is an incorporated city all to itself, with a mayor and city council, schools. Pepperdine University and stores, McDonalds and KFC. Los Angeles is inland

but Malibu has 21 miles of coastline (originally 27 miles) and is 8 miles wide.

The beaches are pristine and beautiful and with those 21 miles of coastline, one should surely be able to find the perfect spot to sun, swim and surf. However, though California State Law says that the beaches are public, multi-millionaires have paid beaucoup bucks to have their privacy. You can ignore their fences, signs, orange cones, etc. and legally be on the beach, but really, do you want the hassle, threats, no restrooms, no lifeguards, no parking or swim and sun where folks, some not as polite as you, have done their job on the sand? (Interpret as you

will.) Do your homework. Look for parking fees, entrance fees, easy access and facilities and cleanliness. Try Surfrider Beach, Zuma Beach (lots of parking, great for the family, cafes, the works!), Topanga Beach and the Point Dume Beach. Dan Blocker Beach has been in the works for years. Michael Landon and Lorne Greene bought it in honor of their costar and legalities and topography have all been Ponderosa-sized issues.

Malibu is not all about the beach! The Topanga State Park, Malibu Bluffs, Trancas Canyon, Las Flores Creek Park, and Legacy Park, Malibu Creek, and Point Mugu State Park and the Santa Monica Mountain National Recreation Area are all accommodating to the adventurer, offering beautiful breathtaking views of the ocean and coastline. Although not in Malibu city, the parks are close by in surrounding areas. You can see and be in mesas, canyons and mountains. You can hike, horse trail-ride, mountain bike and camp, enjoy pleasant shady picnic areas and facilities, visitor centers and exhibits and museums. You might see mule deer, raccoon, fox, and coyotes and remember to watch closely for bobcats

and rattlesnakes.

Depending on your interests, museums, shops and restaurants are available and reflect the local culture.

As a child of the 50’s, I have a soft spot for the little Leo Carrillo Ranch. Mr Carrillo was 70 years old when he played the part of Pancho to “The Cisco Kid”, one of the earliest television shows. A very well educated, native Californian, he was a cartoonist, vaudevillian, actor, engineer and environmentalist and preservationist, who actively helped save park lands and historic buildings. Not only was he a brilliant actor, he traveled the world, representing and promoting the state of California. His homestead has local touches of nature, tributes, exhibits and the preserved architecture of his heritage.

Familiarizing yourself with a bit of history will help you understand the layout of the area and why so many Hollywood celebrities have this expensive 90265 zip code.

First came the Native Americans, (the Chumash People), then the Spanish explorers in 1542, then the 13,316-acre Spanish land grant called Rancho Topanga Malibu Sequit.

The land found its way to Mr. and Mrs. Frederick Hastings Rindge the fourth and last owners of the entire Rancho Malibu. Adding 4,000 acres, buying up the holdings of local homesteaders, they built a dynasty which fought against the railroad accessing their land but lost to the Pacific Coast Highway in 1923. The private world of Malibu was over. In order to pay for the many legal battles which lasted years, Mrs. Rindge began selling to outsiders. Due to the proximity to Hollywood, the majority of those outsiders were the people making movies. According to sources, the first film to use a Malibu beach was “Across the Pacific” filmed in 1926 with Myrna Loy. Since then,

you can add “Baywatch”, “Iron Man” and “Two and A Half Men” and movies “Planet Of The Apes” and Tom Hanks “Castaway” to mention a few.

The influence of the Rindges is also evident in the culture of Malibu. After her husband’s death, Mrs. Rindge began Malibu Potteries, a company which made tiles for buildings. An elegant house built for her daughter Rhoda Rindge Adamson with thirteen garden acres and the famous Malibu Potteries tiles is a feature at the Malibu Lagoon Museum.

A favorite is the Malibu Beach Inn on Carbon Beach which is about 10 miles from downtown Malibu and offers rooms with private balconies which overlook the ocean, a luxury spa, excellent cuisine and access to the private beach. Besides all this, it’s a 2 minute walk from the Malibu Pier and 12 miles from downtown Santa Monica. Nicknamed “Billionaire’s Beach” Larry Ellison, Oracle CEO owns 10 properties on Carbon Beach including 5 adjacent lots at the tune of $65 million. When Courtney Cox and David Arquette parted ways, they sold

their Carbon Beach property for $33.5 million dollars. Malibu is a diverse mixing of every day city life, lazing on the beach and the wealthy and not so wealthy. The beaches are a contrast to the rugged coastline, the highway, canyons and mountains. Of course, all that glitters is not gold as due to this dramatic terrain and location and climate, mudslides, droughts and earthquakes do happen. As I write this, the fountains at the Getty Villa are off due to drought conditions. The area is as dramatic as those movies and shows filmed in the area. Malibu is intriguing, compelling and incredible and yes, awesome! Go to magnificent Malibu! UT

Luxurious, extravagant, posh, robust, and earthy – all characteristic terms that denote sumptuousness in red wines produced from carefully selected grapes in some of the best Vineyards in California, France and Chile. The following wines share a complexity of multi-layered elements. Paul Hayden, Manager of The Wine and Cheese Place in Clayton gave us a heads-up on what to look for when choosing a sumptuous sip. He chose four distinct red wines to ponder.

DUCKHORN - MERLOT, 2012

NAPA VALLEY

This elegant varietal goes well with a lot of different foods. It’s simply a wonderful wine to enjoy.

Paul remarked, “Duckhorn's name has always been synonymous with Merlot. One of the few California wineries that makes great merlot year in and year out. Even when Merlot went out of fashion, you could count on Duckhorn Merlot as being one of the best red wines on the shelf. Merlot is known for giving up a ton of fruit, hence creating that sumptuousness you want in a big red wine.”

CAYMUS- CABERNET SAUVIGNON, NAPA VALLEY

Caymus produces this world class Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine exemplifies a great vintage Cabernet .

Paul explained, “Caymus is an iconic producer that falls into the sumptuous wine category. Each year, the extraction is amazing for this wine. When you’re describing Caymus, words like rich, full, hedonistic, fruit bomb and voluptuous come to mind. The color is thick and rich also!”

Produced in the Rhone Valley of Eastern France, these classic Cotes du Rhone red wines are fruity, middleweight red blends based on Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre.

Paul said, “Pegau is one of the most sought after French Rhone producers. Their wines score huge with the press each year. French wines tend to be less intense than California, but somehow Pegau always comes up with big sumptuous wines from the Rhone region. Their Chateauneuf du Pape is always ranked as one of the wines of the vintage. Their Cotes du Rhone Cuvee Maclura which is a blend of mostly ripe Grenache and juicy Syrah is an amazing value for $20 but has this big blackberry rich fruit that covers the palate.”

Chile produces worldclass wines by using French expertise. Truly an international wine, Lapostolle is distributed in more than 60 countries around the world. This Chilean has a deep, dark purple to black color. The palate is marked by a palate of rich black fruits.

Paul said, “Clos Apalta is the pinnacle of wine from Chile. This Carmenere and Cabernet blend shows off the juicier side of reds. It has even been named Wine of the Year by The Wine Spectator before. The intense fruit is enclosed with some toasty vanilla oak making this a truly sumptuous wine.” UT

When the first chill of the season blows in my family craves soups, stews and chili, so I like to create hearty nutritious bowls to warm them up. Some get the thumbs down, but more often the thumbs up, with several trips back for seconds and thirds. Sundays are typically our meat days – steak is a favorite, but this time I decided to create a tenderloin chili.

Beef tenderloin is expensive, but when in chili the texture is like butter, and melds with the remaining ingredients, creating a rich depth of flavor. I purchased two pounds from Sam’s Club, half the price of other grocery stores.

I prefer a hearty chili that’s savory, slightly sweet and spicy. Pure maple syrup is naturally sweet and has a host of health benefits perfect for my chili. I was certain this would be flavorful, especially if paired with butternut squash, black beans, chipotle peppers and bacon. Of course, it would also need a robust beer to pull it all together, so I selected, Guinness Stout.

My daughter was skeptical at first and hesitated to even try it. My husband insisted I have a backup in case this was a bomb, and my son didn’t care – he’s happy to try whatever I muster up in the kitchen.

Verdict:

My son said this was the best chili he’s ever tasted!

My daughter went back for seconds, and took a bowl to work the next day for lunch.

My husband had 2 bowls; I caught him later that evening sneaking another bowl, and the next day.

I’m always thrilled when I conjure up a dish everyone loves – who wouldn’t be? Based on the opinion of my entire household, I hope you’ll try this!

• 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil

• 2 Pablano Peppers, seeded and chopped

• 1 large yellow onion, chopped

• 2 lbs. Beef Tenderloin, ¼ inch cubes

• 2 strips Applewood Smoked Bacon, chopped

• 1 Butternut Squash, peeled, seeded and cut into ¼ inch cubes

• 2 Tbsp. chili powder ( or more depending on your taste)

• 12 oz. Guinness Stout Beer

• 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes

• 28 oz. can diced tomatoes

• 15 oz. can black beans, drained and rinsed

• 2 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced

• ¼ cup plus 1 Tablespoon PURE Maple Syrup

• 1 ½ oz. Dark Chocolate Chili (flavored) Squares (I used Lindt)

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a Dutch oven add Olive Oil, Pablano Peppers and Onions, and sauté until onions are translucent. Add Beef Tenderloin and Bacon - cook until no longer pink.

2. Add Butternut Squash and Chili Powder – continue to cook on medium heat for approximately 5 minutes, until liquid is absorbed.

3. Add Stout Beer, Tomatoes, Black Beans, Chipotle Peppers, Pure Maple Syrup and Dark Chocolate (Chili flavored, if available).

4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, maintain a simmer with lid off. Cook for 2 hours. Chili will be thick and hearty.

5. Serve with a dollop of Sour Cream or plain Greek Yogurt.

She’s

a beautiful and multi-talented actress - she’s St. Louis’ own Kari Ely! Kari has enthralled local audiences for 30 years in versatile roles ranging from drama to musical comedy.

It seems she was destined to tread the boards. Kari reflected on growing up in Normandy, “My two sisters and brother are all musical. At home we constantly listened to musical LPs. Our parents encouraged us. They loved hearing us sing around the piano. We got out of doing a lot of dishes that way! We also sat in the Muny’s free seats and saw every possible performance.” (Kari has since performed in over 30 shows at the Muny.)

Asked about her unusual name, Kari replied, “We think we’re Welsh/English. There was an Ely that came over on the Mayflower as a seaman but I've never investigated our genealogy. My mom's father was part American Indian. We're a melting pot.”

She began acting in junior high school and continued into high school at Normandy High. Following graduation in 1977, she earned her BS degree in Theatre and Dance from SIUE in 1982.

Kari’s theatrical break came the following year when she acquired her Equity card as a company member of The Repertory Theatre of St. Louis’ touring Imaginary Theatre Company. “What a great learning ground for young actors. It was a truly joyful time.”

Of her favorite roles, Kari said, “I always hang onto that last show and role and hold them dear to my heart.” I was Golde in Fiddler On The Roof at Stages St. Louis (2014).”

Note – Kari also played Mistress Quickly in last summer’s Shakespeare in the Park production of Henry IV and V.

“I played Mary Tyrone in Long Day’s Journey Into Night

(2011) for which I received the Kevin Kline Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a play. That same year I received the Kline Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress playing yet another dysfunctional mom, in Why Torture Is Wrong And The People Who Love Them (HotCity Theatre).” Kari’s other bucket list roles include Desiree in A Little Night Music (Stages) and Karen in Speed the Plow (TNT) opposite Peter Mayer, who is now her husband.

Thinking back over the years, Kari added, “A pivotal role was Sheila in The Boys Next Door (Theatre Factory). That role, more than any, made it possible to go back and forth from the world of musical theatre to serious dramas and comedies. Sheila was part of a group of mentally and physically challenged adults living on their own and surviving everyday obstacles. Because the cast worked with the Life Skills organization, we were able to honestly portray our characters.”

Now that the Holidays are behind us, it is once again time to start checking items off of your New Year’s Resolution list. If one of those resolutions happens to be fitness related, check out Shred 415. This studio offers close to 60 high intensity classes per week at their first St. Louis location in Brentwood. On-site childcare is offered during many of the classes at Shred 415, and there are morning, afternoon, evening and weekend classes open to all levels of fitness and experience. You choose your own pace, you choose your own weights, and you set your own goals. So what’s your excuse? Perhaps you don’t like running on a treadmill. Neither did I, that is, until I began “shredding”. The studio features Woodway treadmills. I can assure that you will never view treadmills in the same light again, after running or walking on a Woodway. They are designed for comfort, with an internationally patented Slat-Belt deck, which eliminates harmful shock to muscles, joints and connective tissue. During each class at Shred 415, participants will alternate between strength training and treadmills, for 5, 10, or 15-minute intervals. During the strength training intervals, participants complete a variety of exercises designed to target each muscle group, using hand weights, bands, Bosu balls, and other fitness equipment. These exercises change after 30 seconds to 1 minute. During the treadmill portion of each class, participants will frequently vary their speed and incline. This High Intensity Interval Training is proven to increase endurance, and improve fat burning, resulting in a stronger, faster, and leaner physique.
