Engaging the Mind We know that high quality teaching is key to your success. We have high expectations and ask our students to be tenacious in their pursuit of academic success. Experienced teachers consistently inspire and challenge students to make rapid progress with clearly directed and timely support. At Wolsingham we place a strong emphasis on your skill development, independent study and in-depth learning. You will be supported to take responsibility for your future through exploring varied opportunities. You will take part in a diverse programme of weekly enrichment activities allowing you to enhance your skills and learn beyond the classroom.

Admission Students are enrolled onto a personalised pathway to support progress to Higher Education, training or employment. Most students opt to study four subjects in Year 12. All course information is available on www.wolsinghamschool.net If you are interested in studying at Wolsingham Sixth Form please follow these easy steps: Step 1: If you are a student at Wolsingham information and guidance interviews will take place throughout years 10 and 11. Students applying from elsewhere should complete the online application form. Step 2: All potential students should complete an online application form by end of January. If you miss the deadline please contact the Sixth Form direct. Step 3: Interviews will start February 2016. The interview is a key
part of the application process and provides opportunities to discuss appropriate pathways and courses. Step 4: Offer of a place. Providing you meet the entry requirements you will be offered a conditional place at the end of the admissions interview. This will be confirmed in writing. Enrolment dates can be found on the website. If you are disappointed with your GCSE grades, talk to us; we can help you find a solution. We also operate a 16-19 bursary scheme.
