PREPARING STUDENTS FOR THE FUTURE OUR UNIVERSITY PREPARATION PROGRAMME LEAVES NOTHING TO CHANCE AND INCLUDES EXTENSIVE SUPPORT IN ALL OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: UNIVERSITY APPLICATION SUPPORT The UCAS process is led by our University Access Team, a dedicated group of specialist staff who are on hand to support you with every aspect of your application. They oversee an impressive programme of super curricular activities designed to stretch you beyond the taught curriculum, and regularly facilitate lectures and enhancement programmes run by leading universities. Each of you will have a designated member of the team who will be on hand throughout your two years with us and will be able to offer you bespoke support based on your interests. It is this attention to detail that has contributed to Brampton consistently ranking amongst the top schools in the UK for progression to the prestigious Russell Group of universities.
RESIDENTIAL PROGRAMMES We strongly encourage our students to go and visit the universities they are thinking of applying to. In
fact, every year we take our entire Year 12 cohort on a residential trip to two of the country’s leading universities (our most recent trip was to Warwick and Bath). Our students also regularly win places on highly competitive residential programmes offered by universities, including Bristol, Oxford and Cambridge.
SPECIALIST OXBRIDGE PREPARATION PROGRAMME As a Sixth Form that believes there is no limit to what you can achieve, we encourage our highest achievers to apply to Oxford or Cambridge. Our extensive Oxbridge preparation programme begins in Year 12 and includes residential trips to both universities, specialist support with admissions tests and interview workshops. All Oxbridge preparation is led by a dedicated team of Oxbridge graduates. In 2023 we were delighted that 58 of our students progressed to study at Oxford or Cambridge.
PARTNERSHIPS WITH EMPLOYERS We work with a number of employers to help students prepare for the world of work in their chosen field. For example, our medical programme is led by a Senior Consultant at Newham General Hospital, who offers tailored work experience placements and university preparation sessions to our students. Our aspiring lawyers and economists’ complete placements at the world’s leading law and finance firms, where we have a number of partnerships which guarantee Brampton students paid work experience placements throughout their time at university and offer them a chance to secure a place on a graduate training programme. In fact, whatever you aspire to do in the future, from engineering to journalism, we make it our business to help you succeed.

STUDENT SUCCESS “I can honestly say that I loved the time I spent at Brampton Manor. The Sixth Form
introduced a community whereby students and teachers worked alongside one another to reach a unified goal; the teachers excelled in all aspects of their various disciplines and were always around whenever needed. The surrounding of like-minded and equally eager peers established an environment that was conducive for learning, stimulated growth and challenged you to achieve your academic potential. At every step of the way, it excited as well as it did incite.” Joseph Adikwu
