WELCOME FROM THE CEO

We are a growing family of high performing schools that support each other, share best practice and resources.

Our school leaders regularly experience the benefits this brings to all in our school communities. Life within The Keys invites collaboration across schools, formation of alliances, and negotiation of differences for the common good so that the schools within the Trust can give their children the very best educational outcomes.

What sets our Trust apart from others is that we recognise that each school is unique and distinctive and we are committed to schools retaining their own ethos, curriculum and identity as we believe they know and understand how best to serve their local community. Our Central

Team provides support and builds staff skills in finance, HR and administration which in turn reduces workload for our schools. Our Director of Teaching, Learning and School Improvement offers tailored School Improvement for each school and provides high quality CPDL based on the latest education research.

The Trust continues to grow and has a strong reputation within our local area. We have an inclusive approach to all families and all schools and we welcome expressions of interest from community primary schools alongside Church of England Voluntary Aided (VA) and Voluntary Controlled (VC) schools.
