Retail News Index

Product Focus STAR FSP understands the importance of retailer performance in determining the overall success of a shopping centre. Too often, centre managers are in the dark, whilst even where there is some means of collecting retailer sales data, the systems are not robust, or are fragmented or unwieldy, especially across a whole portfolio. Responding to client needs, FSP has developed the STAR (Sales Trend Analysis and Reporting) system. STAR provides FSP clients with the level of insight required to take a proactive position in discussion with retailers, whilst providing the means for our clients to become sector leaders in tenant relationship and sales reporting.
