ABOUT HERo HERo’s Mission is to create a community that any musician can turn to and learn about and connect with women in music. We hope to provide a network for women to connect with other women in the field. Whether you are an artist, musicologist, composer, or administrator, HERo will create an environment where women can come together and promote each other. HERo is also a source of information for any person that wants to learn about what women are doing and have done in music. HERo works to accomplish our mission by hosting socials, conferences, interviews, performances, online recitals, and a podcast. Any person can learn about what women in music are doing through the many avenues we have set up. Our members will find a positive community that will be informative and promotive.
