Tuition Waivers & Pricing

Out-of-state students will receive an FYA waiver* when they:

• Complete three consecutive semesters abroad (and a minimum of 36 FSU credit hours)

• Maintain an FSU GPA of 3.0 or better

• Meet all financial obligations related to participation in the FYA program

• Maintain good academic and judicial standing

• Attend consecutive semesters without interruption upon return (excludes summer)

• Stay on map toward degree completion

*Out-of-state students will receive an FYA waiver reducing the out-of-state tuition ratesto the in-state tuition rates for the remainder of their first undergraduate degree at FSUin Tallahassee.
