What To Wear In The Thermal Spa

Guests are requested to remember that they can have access to the Thermal Spa 60 minutes prior to the closing time at the latest.

We kindly request our guests to leave the Thermal Spa 15 minutes before our facilities are closed. We advise you to arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment so you are ready for your treatment avoiding unnecessary delays.

The use of swimming suit, swim cap and flipflops is obligatory. They can be purchased at the Spa reception. The Spa provides guests towels for their comfort.

Bookings Any type of treatment is subject to availability at the time of booking. You can book by telephone, email, in our website or directly at the Spa reception.

Method Of Payment Payment can be made either cash, by credit card, bank transfer or alternatively it could be added to your room charge.

Deposit A 50% deposit is required when booking numerous treatments or treatments for more than one person.

Cancellation Please notify us of any cancellations or postponements of your visit with us at least 4 hours in advance. 50% of the total booking amount will be charged in case cancellation is not done with the necessary notice or in case guests miss their appointment. If a guest is delayed and his/her appointment cannot be postponed due of lack of availability then the length of the treatment will be reduced. When due to treatment’s nature this is not possible, the appointment will be cancelled following our cancellation policy.

Car Park We offer our guests 2 hours free of charge parking at the hotel’s car park (subject to availability).

Where To Get Changed Our facilities include changing rooms to get changed before entering the Thermal Spa, which are equipped with showers and hairdryers.

What To Do With My Belongings We provide our guests lockers for individual use free of charge. The Centre is not responsible for any damage or loss in your personal property or valuables at any time. We strongly recommend not wearing any kind of jewelry either in the Thermal Spa area or in the spa treatments.

Silence And Calmness Both silence and calmness are the necessary conditions to be able to enjoy those precious relaxing moments in the spa area. In order to ensure that you can relax in the spa to the maximum, we strongly suggest speaking softly keeping noise levels a minimum. Please do not forget to leave your mobile (in silent mode) inside your locker.

Gifts Special gift vouchers are available at your request. They can be tailored according to your needs. A hydrotherapy circuit or a specific treatment can be the most original gift to offer your partner/mother/friend. Please ask our staff at the Spa Reception for advice.

Courtesy And Respect Please take a shower before entering the pool area, and after the sauna and the steam cabin.
