Two business women who have supported entrepreneurs in crisis across the country have launched an innovative network that rewards referring business.

Ambition Growth Network is the creation of Karlie Somerville & Jo Lines. The pair have been helping and interacting with thousands of company owners every day in their dedicated Facebook group since the start of the pandemic.

Their network and support group does far more than connect business owners. It offers cash rewards to members who refer business and collaborate, as well as offering comprehensive support, educational tools and strategies for growth.

The duo, both based in Plymouth, spotted the niche when discussing just how many recommendations, referrals and connections they make in their busy business lives.

They say by creating a cash rewards system for referrals it will sustainably grow entrepreneurs’ network, business and support systems.

Jo said: “We wanted to create a place that rewarded people for making connections – that helped people who strive to help other entrepreneurs through referrals.” “We know that entire businesses can be built on quality referrals and encouraging this activity through a rewards scheme just seems common sense.”

Jo and Karlie, who both run a series of successful businesses in the South West, have created a members-only network of ambitious and highly driven entrepreneurs that want to scale and optimise their businesses, while supporting others at the same time.

The network is also the product of the pair’s hard work supporting businesses owners throughout the UK during the Coronavirus pandemic.

They created the Coronavirus Business Support UK Facebook group at the onset of lockdown, providing free timely advice, up to the minute updates on support packages and actionable strategies for diversifying to survive the crisis.

The group has been instrumental in providing collaborative opportunities that have helped many businesses survive.

Karlie said: “Through our support group we’ve seen the true value of collaboration when business owners come together for a common good in the face of crisis.”

The group name has now changed to the Business Support Group UK as they want the main focus to be on success and not survival, like it was throughout the pandemic. Members of AGN have the opportunity to advertise daily in the group as part of their membership. The support group is now reaching 8000 members and continues to grow daily.

Membership for Ambition Growth Network is £45pm or an annual fee of £450 which is 12 months for the price of 10. As part of the membership, you’ll have access to the private group where they carry out weekly tasks on how to grow your business.
