Attach slides (B) to the sides of the cabinet following the dimensions shown.

NB: Position of slides (B) is optional according to the installation specifics. They can be mounted in top, bottom or diagonally opposite position.

Fix the door brackets (C) to the rear of the door following the dimensions shown.

Choose the correct cabinet side spacer kit (E or F) depending on the cabinet side thickness. Insert the parts in the slides brackets kit (D) as shown.

Screw the slide bracket (D) onto the shelf using the euro screws.

NB: Place the Side brackets (D) on the shelves according to how the sides (B) were previously placed (see step 1).

Pre-assemble the two M6x10 machine screws and washers as shown in fig H, then mount the door and tighten the screws as shown in fig I.

Loosen the four screws M6x10 “L”, turn the screw “M” as shown to adjust the door up and down

Loosen the four screws M6x10, to adjust the door forward and back.

Loosen the door bracket mounting screws to adjust the door to the right and left and insert the four cover caps as shown.

Screw the spacers (D) on the hinge side of the cabinet following the directions given and then screw the slides (B) on the spacer (D).

NB: use n. 4 spacers for the cabinet of mm. 900

Choose the component (E) or (F) depending on the Thickness of the cabinet. Put the component into the cover (D) and fix it on the bottom by using the euroscrew.

Mechanism is supplied in the left hand version. Follow step 1 to swap to right hand version.

Move the cap with pin (M) and the junction (L), as in (fig 1) on the front frame. Move the small plate along with the pin into the right side of the back frame (fig 2). Swap ball and pin to opposite sides as shown on the junction (L) (Fig 3)

Pre-drill for euro screws at the indicated dimensions with a 5mm bit, or using the drilling template (N) mark screw positions. Securely fix the bottom slide (C) in position, ensuring that the fixings are adequate for the intended load.

WARNING

Ensure bottom slide (C) is securely fixed, especially at the back of the slide.

Pre-drill for euro screws the upper side of the cabinet with a 5mm diameter bit as shown, or using the drilling template (N) mark the screw positions. Fix the upper slide (D) in position.

Fit the adjusting screws on the bottom slide (C) as shown.

Loosen the grub screws on the lower frame (A) and slide the upper frame (B) into the top slide as shown. Use the installation template (M) to set the height of the upper frame (B) and tighten the grub screws to lock the frame in position.

Check height of bracket positions set in step 8 and match with the measurements in fig1. Measure and mark screw positions using the dimensions given. Attach the door brackets (E) to the door and hook the brackets (E) into the door bracket frames (F) as shown in fig2 - fig3

Make adjustments using the appropriate screws, as shown. Once all adjustments have been made install the 2 locking pins (I) in the centre door bracket only. Fit door bracket cover caps (L) to all 3 door brackets as shown.

Install the frame in to the bottom slide (C). Fix the frame on the bottom slide (C) by tightening the M6x24 screw, as shown.

Loosen the grub screws (on the frame A) and slide up the frame (B). Fix the frame (B) at the indicated height by tightening the grub screws (N). Slide the frame into the top slide (D) until “CLICK!” sound is heard. Pull the frame all the way out to check it is properly located.

Hook the door onto the door brackets (E), then tighten the six 6.2x3.5 euro screws.

Adjust the side screws of the door bracket (E) to adjust the door right and left.

Loosen the washer head machine screws holding the door bracket frame and adjust the eccentric screw on the bottom of frame (A) to adjust the door up and down. Tighten bracket screws to fix in position.

Turn the M6x16 and M6x24 screw on the bottom Slide (C) to adjust the angle of the door. Install the cover (G) as shown.

Choose the door opening direction and then screw the lateral slide guide (D) to the frame (A) by using the two screws M5x14, so that the guide is on the hinge side of the frame.

Attach the bottom track of the rear frame (A) to the positions given (fig 1).

Mount the upper part of the rear frame (A) to the bottom track (fig 2)

Extend the arms and fix in place (fig 3).

Tighten the grub screws to lock the arms (fig 4). Remove transport tabs and discard (fig 5)

Mount the lateral bracket (B) and the stop bracket (F) into the positions shown by following the dimensions or marking the positions using the marking template (O).

Push the lower bushing (D) into the hole in the stop bracket (F) as shown.

Fit the top pins of the side frame (C) into position in the lateral bracket (B) as shown (fig 1)

Lower the bottom pin of the frame into the bush in the stop bracket (F) (Fig 3)

Slide the plain end of the centre pivot (I) into the guide at the bottom of the side frame (C) and fix in the position previously marked. Using the post connectors (L) clip the linking arm (M) into the centre pivot (I) and the 4th or 5th hole of the rear frame (A) as shown.

9 Mark out the door using the marking template (O) or by following the dimensions shown and attach the door brackets (H)

Mount the door brackets (H) onto the side frame (C) and tighten the locking screws.

Tighten locking screws after adjustments are complete.

Use the set screw in the stop bracket (F) to adjust the opening angle. Install the cover caps (N) as shown.

Insert the basket hooks (P) into the frames (A, C) and install the baskets,
