Fast forward to 2018, and the D’Lites are the revamped version of the Energy, updated to be lighter and sleeker. The new silhouette’s already dominating, reasserting its position at fashion weeks, on influencers and in street style galleries worldwide.
The last year has seen the meteoric rise of the chunky sneaker. No longer reserved for your dad, the ’90s throwback style is here to stay – and we’re not sad about it.
In light of this resurgence, we thought we’d take the Skechers D’Lites for a spin, testing out the chunky shoe of the moment to see what all the hype is about.
The D’Lites are available in four colourways: Bright Blossoms (white with floral detailing), Latest Trend (white or black with cute ribbons) and Biggest Fan (in soft baby blue) and retail for $119.95.
