Abbott Point Port project expected to have a very positive impact on the property market, with increased demand for both rental and sales anticipated. The market generally is rebounding with a positive outlook into 2013. The increase in construction activity in the area is a key indicator to the market improvement, with the announcement of Stages 2 – 5 of Abbott Point to bring an additional multi billion of construction activity to the region. This is expected to have a very positive effect to the residential property market and anticipated completion is forecast to be timed well in this regard.
