GENERAL INFORMATION ADVANCED REGISTRATION The FAEP strongly recommends that you register in advance for the 13th Annual Promoting Excellence Symposium. Registration is required for all aspects of the meeting. Your registration covers all CE sessions, access to the Conference Exhibit Hall, lunch on Friday and Saturday, all breaks held in the Exhibit Hall, and conference proceedings. Advanced registrations are taken at the FAEP office until September 20, 2017. After this date, a late registration fee of $50.00 will be added to all registrations, including on-site registrations.
CONFIRMATION A confirmation of your registration will be emailed to you from the FAEP. Please contact us if any information in the confirmation is incorrect for timely correction of the error.
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation deadline for a full refund of registration fees, minus a $50.00 administrative charge, is October 6, 2017. Cancellations should be submitted to the FAEP in writing and acknowledged by the above date to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations after September 20, 2017, and no-shows are not refundable.
