City of St. Petersburg - Water Reclamation Facilities Manager (IRC51381) This is highly responsible supervisory, administrative and technical work directing operations and maintenance of large, complex wastewater treatment plants, pumping stations and associated reclaimed water facilities. Work involves direction of activities to achieve permit compliance for wastewater treatment and effluent disposal. This leadership position provides oversight for a large staff and is responsible for preparation and oversight of an annual budget of approximately $16 million; review of maintenance records and reports; and the selection, placement, promotion, training, appraisal, safety and discipline of assigned employees.
