T

he last couple of months have been extremely busy and exciting. I have been meeting people from all over the world, which lets me kow that people are looking at this publication. We have finally won an award. G-Entertainment Magazine won the Alabama Music Award’s Magazine Comapny of the Year award!!! I wasn’t ablt to attend the event this year due to prior engagments, but I was at a loss of words when I found out that my publication was recognized as such. Shout out to Naimah and K-One for calling me and letting me know that the people thought that my publication was worthy of an award. I was and am deeply humbled by this honor. They didn’t have to think of me. As always, we have some of the sexiest models in the industry on our pages and we have author Lofn Dabria Cole debuting some of her work with us. Enjoy... What are your measurements & height?

#BBWMODELSROCKS

Measurement- 42/40/55 36b in bar and I’m 5’4 Where are you from?

How can people reach you to book you for shows etc.?

Dallas, TX What is the most memorable moment in your career and why? When I filmed for my first tv show experience with the Fashion Hero Show. It can be seen on Youtube (On the Road to the Fashion Hero). Why: it inspired me to bring my own clothing line out and believe I could go as far as my freams take me. What sets you apart from others in your profession? I just wish I had the attitude that some do. When I’m in public my confidence and public speaking would be better. Also, I wouldn’t know how I would stand out. I’m still trying to fit in. Do you have any upcoming projects that you would like to discuss? Preparing for season 2 of The Fashion Hero tv show. Other than that working on my clothing line and going with the flow of things. Have you been featured in any other publications? Yes, I primed in a new tv show called The Fashion Hero. The first season can be seen on youtube. The Fashion Hero on the Road to the Fashion Hero. he show is to show the world that models don’t have one look and that anybody can model... size nor color matters. It inspired me to pick up my lifelong dream and designing my own line and yes the show came out to be a very good blessing.. What part of your body is your favorite asset and why? I would have to say my hips in some tights, because it gives me confidence.

Phatphyne2014@gmail.com What would be your dream modeling job? Becoming a face model with Cover Girl. It has always been my dream to work with Queen Latifah. She gives hope to women makig us feel that we can do anything and be anything that we put our hearts in nomatter the size. What type of guy do you like? The honest ones who is about what he does...being loving and very respectful. He can’t see past you and he is a hard worker that doesn’t depend on anybody...and he treats his woman like the queen that she is. What is your idea of an ideal date? Dates never seem to go as planned, but something that is spontaneous...something that I will never expect. What made you get into the industry? Fans, fans, fans...the more they push to see and want to know who I am. It gave me the drive I have been missing in my life. So, I just wanted to see and go where life placed me. I never thought I would be a big hit. I was just testing myself. I noticed what I was doing was helping others that had problems with their weight, so I thought I would keep at it. Do you have any shout outs? God and my kids without them it’s just me. . Oh, Leery not to forget my graphic designer Stephan Dobbins, he is my editor and cartoon artist. He picked me up when nobody had hopw in me. He has been standing with me from the beginning.

Do you consider your curves to be a blessing or a curse and why? I consider them to be a blessing...adds to the figure of a woman, gives me a knock out shape. I love my curse even if I didn’t have them just love the blessings that God has created for you. Issue 2, 2016

The most memorable moment was at 15 when i was told I was a plus size model. I had to be a size S-M at that young age but i still wasn’t a size 0-4. After the tears were shed because i never realized it that before, it shaped me into who i am today. I model because people need to see girls who aren’t a size 0 and are beautiful. Our young girls need not to aspire to be a size 0 but be who they are, and realize they are beautiful no matter what. Where are you from? New York What sets you apart from others in your profession? My size, my attitude, and my looks. I dont have a vixen body or attitude. I’m a sweet beautiful girl inside and out. I’ve have remained humble no matter how far I’ve gotten in this industry and aim to stay the same throughout. Do you have any upcoming projects that you would like to discuss? Yes, I actually have an upcoming shoot in California which is extremely exciting for me as I have never been. This will be as far as I’ve ever traveled with my modeling career and i couldn’t be anymore excited. Is there anything else that you would like to discuss? Just want to thank you for taking the time out and considering me for your magazine. How can people reach you to book you for shows etc.? coratexplorer1@yahoo.com Do you have any shout outs? Andrew Brisco, he was the one who actually told me about this magazine and has been extremely helpful with my career. .

Most memorable working thus far has to be just working and crossing paths with other models, artist and go-getters as myself or above and walking into event where i would feel it’s not me but because just as I know of them they also know of or heard of me and when we greet and they speak on my work and what they like. I’m amazed that feeling just never goes away. It just lets me know I’m really doing something right. Where are you from? Elizabeth, New Jersey What sets you apart from others in your profession? I’d have to say my personality, drive and I don’t care what people think of my work I just work with my dignity still intact to make it into this industry. I’m very flexible and versatile when it come to hair colors, outfits, or work just about anything you throw at me I can bring that character to life. Do you have any upcoming projects that you would like to discuss? I currently have my May 2015-May 2016 “Barbz of your Dreamz” Calendar available on BarbzofyourDreamz.com for purchase. Speaking on up coming work I really don’t speak on because call me superstitious, but I don’t like to jinx my work. Unless your that person that has that life contract then that’s a different story. Until then just keep watching me. Is there anything else that you would like to discuss?: RedHead Barbie is in a category all in her own with many tricks and trades. Talented in so much you haven’t seen yet. How can people reach you to book you for shows etc.? Email bookRHB@gmail.com or Call 732-705-1742 Do you have any shout outs? I would like to give a big shout out to my family, supporters and fans if it wasn’t for you all I wouldn’t be where I’m at today. Big time shout out to Magassia Promotions, she really believes in me. Anything she finds to throw me in or get a call on she doesn’t hesitate to hit me up. Also Thank you G Entertainment Magazine for reaching out to Thee Barbz! Muah xoxo!

Los Angeles What is the most memorable moment in your career and why? The most memorable moment in my career is getting published. I can’t tell you how it feels when getting published is the greatest thing in the world. I felt extremely happy when I got published for the first time and saw this being a step forward for myself. What sets you apart from others in your profession? What sets me apart is my adaptability and writing different genres that sets me apart for one aspect. The next one is that I am proficient in writing to write quickly. I write with a depth and philosophical meaning into my work that draws out the fluid scale of the writing. Embracing YOUrself Empowerment Seminar 54

T

he purpose Embracing YOUrself Empowerment Seminar was to provide the attendees with a platform to discuss and gain better understanding on a vast number of topics. These topics included relationships, the role of the sexes in them, sex, how to feel good about yourslf and there was a little role playing from the panelist. I have attended several “help yourself” type of events and this one by far was worth the time. First, the producer of the event DeAngela Pippen “Dynasty” did an awesome job. She made the event a free event, so there was no excuse not to attend. The people that she had as panelist were so personable everyone felt as though he/she could join in on the converstation. Again, I have attended several events of this type and many of the panelist are stuck on showing the audience how educated they are rather than making the coversation where all of the guests could get involved. The panelist were well informed and spoke with conviction even when his/ her opinion was not popular. One of the panelist had the female guests heated with some of the statments that he made; but he remained true to the task at hand. At that time the task was to get the audience involved and vocal about the topic (relationships/ sex). As expected some of the panelist spoke about loving the skin that you are in. Kapricia Miller aka “KP” spoke about the difficulty growing up being plus sized. She told the ladies in the audience about how her mother and other family members always told her that she was beautiful and always spoke highly of her. She also said that growing up that kids could be cruel to a big girl, which is true. The importance of self impowerment and self love goes far beyond the walls of the event and the stage of the panelists. We need to uplift and love ourselves for who we are and work towards who we want to be. Look at yourself as a work in progress. Never let anyone tell you that you are not beautiful because beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you decide to join a gym etc. make sure that you are doing it for yourself because the rewards will be greater. See you at the next event.
