MICRO DERMABRASION Microdermabrasion is the most effective method of mechanical peeling by using diamond microcrystals. The regeneration processes in the skin are noticeably stimulated by very precise but gentle removal of the upper skin cells. The deep effect through the combination of peeling and vacuum stimulates the skin‘s own collagen and elastin production and significantly stimulates the microcirculation. After this controlled peeling, highly effective ingredients can be introduced into deep skin layers using ultrasound. To achieve the best possible result, it is recommended to repeat this treatment 3 to 4 times, with an interval of 7 days. To counteract the possibility of hyperpigmentation, the skin should be protected from the sun 7 days after a microdermabrasion (high sun protection factor). SAUNA WORLD R E C O M M E N D AT I O N S F O R S A U N A S W I T H C H I L D R E N Children under 16 years may only use the sauna when accompanied by a parent. Children‘s first sauna sessions should not take longer than three minutes. If your child copes well with the heat, they can gradually stay in the sauna longer, with two sauna sessions per visit to the sauna being sufficient. Many children find it difficult to remain calm in the sauna, but the sauna is a place of rest and relaxation. We therefore ask all parents to point out to their children before visiting the sauna that they must behave very calmly in this hotel area. Some children don‘t like the hot air in the sauna. If a child is not feeling well, it should be allowed to leave the sauna immediately. You can‘t do without drinking. When sweating, not only is water lost, but also electrolyte, i.e. mineral and trace elements are excreted. These must be replaced after the sauna session.

WATER WORLD Swimming is a fascinating, natural therapy for health. The even movements when swimming in well-tempered water bring optimal general relaxation. Swimming has also been proven to lift the mood. It relaxes, creates inner joy and quickly helps out of stressful situations.

WE ASK YOU TO OBSERVE A FEW BATHING RULES: Children under the age of 8 or children who are not yet able to swim may only go to the pools if accompanied by their parents. For hygienic reasons it is not allowed to take babies into the pool without a diaper. (Swimming diaper at the reception for sale) Running and jumping from the pool edge is not allowed at both pools. Please do not take drinks or food with you to the pool area. In the indoor pool there is a water fountain and unbreakable drinking cups. Reserving the loungers with a towel is neither desirable for the pool facilities nor for the natural swimming lake. The towels are removed. The indoor pool is under video surveillance!
