400 KM HIKING TRAILS AND 400 KM BIKE ROUTES AND TRAILS Saalbach Hinterglemm is THE destination for mountain bikers, outdoor enthusiasts, nature lovers and active families. The coolest region in the Alps is 1,003 metres above sea level in the state Salzburg, in the middle of the lush green Pinzgau grass mountains, surrounded by peaks that rise above the 2,000 metre mark. As soon as you find yourself at the highest points, either on your own or with the help of the six gondolas, a panorama opens up that cannot be surpassed in terms of beauty.

The Reiterkogel gondola takes you to the middle station and from here you hike for about 1 hour to our hut. Located directly on the piste, it can also be reached quickly on skis.
