Fundamental Design
In this project I created a dynamic structure that evolves with the owners and morphs according to their wishes, it is possible to have a spontaneous environment that responds to diverse imposed issues. Nevertheless, as flexible as it might be, it is strategized and almost standardized. It is made this way, not to become formal, but to provide characteristics that will allow it to become an even more productive composition. A module of 12’x12’ serves as the basic unit of space. Each program becomes a module but some are also outside between modules. Their uniformity allows them to be interchangeable after placement. There are four sizes of windows, the smallest being 2’x2’ and the largest 8’x8’ .They are placed strategically in the modules. This allow the module to become either a public or private space depending on the windows and their location on the site. This requires an analytical thought on how inhabitants may interact within the context and in relationship to the other spaces in the site. Some modules are attached due to their function i.e. bathroom and bedroom, but only enough to seemingly remain as an independent form. The playground, placed at the front of the parcel and on the south edge, is fluid with the rest of the outdoor spaces but delimited by the position of vegetation and edges of the modules.

Section. The movement through space is unique yet uniform, each outdoor space was designed and created for better quality of life aa well as a sense of community. 17 cuboids with different floor areas and heights are freely distributed across a stretch of land not much larger than the lots quartering a dense concentration of single-family housing nearby.

Advance Communications
This course expanded my representation and visual communication abilities by introducing a variety of graphic techniques that emphasize visual analysis and narrative. It introduced principles of visual analysis and graphic excellence through lectures and reading assignments. The site for the course is an area of the Boston waterfront and Charles River esplanade that includes parts of the West End and Charlestown. I chose to represent and analyze The Liberty Hotel as its rich history really interested me.

Parcel A-2 Our vision for the site provides a balanced mix of educational resources, economic stimulation and growth, and rich, engaging culture for not only its tenants but also the communities it has a purpose and duty to serve. The design proposition for Massport’s Parcel A-2 is intended to surpass expectations by embodying a visible synthesis of economic success and diverse community engagement. It will be site informed, program driven and environmentally and economically progressive, creating a truly unique urban solution. Notably, the project will be characterized by layered public connectivity, an unprecedented public realm and progressive aesthetic in a project which will be undeniably Boston in its sensibility and timelessness

BUILDINGS
Boston Fitness Center
Mystic Qualities
Here we where to design a Public Fitness Center in Boston’s North end.For this design, my intention was to create a retreat for the community, providing a remote escape. The idea was to create a cave like structure. The combinations of light and shade, open and enclosed spaces and linear elements make for a highly sensuous and restorative experience. This would also allowed for civic recreational space to be used in multiple ways. The public program, such as the cafe and the offices, are made accessible to non- members. Their position gives form to the building/ plaza.

Learning Site
Shadows and Light After documenting “The Carpenter Center for the Visual Arts” by Le Corbusier ,a learning space was designed to provide, within it, three spaces: an independent study, small informal group meetings and a more formal outdoor space. The learning site i designed remained truthful to the carpenter center rhythm; the armor that embodies the space follows Le Corbusier’s columns .The ramp and overall inside structure is a resemblance of the “lobe” that conforms the carpenter center.

Option Studio The project is based on the idea of combining vector active an section active structural elements. The greater volume of the public market is supported by an inverted truss structure, reinforced with lateral bracing and queen’s posts across the shorter span of the footprint, where the sloping roof meets. The columns of the structure will also be connected to each other across the shorter span of the building with below grade concrete beams, in tension. The overall roof structure is intended to be dynamic and opting for thin wood members there is an intricate rhythm to the structure. The mezzanine is structurally independent allowing for more free space. It is a

Inverted Truss I’ve always love to draw and create with my hands. In my artwork I used Prismacolors, Markers, Oil on canvas and Aquarela. Steve Mcurry, famous photographer,

South End Public Library
Uniquely embrace quality total.
This project is an extension of the Boston public Library. We were given a relatively small site located within two very old buildings on the South End neighborhood.I proposed to create a space that despite its context, would be very light and airy.Placing the program on one side and a continuous circulation in the other allowed for a connection between levels.Multiple voids and open spaces brings light in.

The modular crispness and plastic texture are what drew up to working with precast concrete. In the case of this model, using Rockite allowed us to to recreate texture with the submerging pattern while also retaining the light color variant true to our choice mix of pre-cast concrete. We initially were curious how simple interlocking patterns could infinitely cover the face of a surface and chose to express that via lego-brick-esque creations that are then bolted together. The stacking of concrete as well as its stark coloring might be painted upon as a mural might be. Ultimately, we wanted our cladding to remain minimal, such that the rebar was always hidden and simple protrusions were the only real punctures in the system.
