ABOUT AIESEC IN JOINVILLE The LC Joinville has about 40 members , exist since 2009 , we have carried out more than 300 exchange experiences. Our physical office is by Joinville downtown! Many of our members never had no contact with exchange students and are very eager to receive!
ABOUT JOINVILLE Joinville is the third largest city in the southern region of Brazil. With a population of 550.000 inhabitants, joinville owns a nice urban development and relatively good infrastructure. Our climate is subtropical, warm and somewhat rainy. It has one of the highest standards of living in Latin America!

Gira Mundo (Portuguese expression for ‘World Spins’)
It’s a social project where Exchange students from different parts of the world hold classes about 5 different themes: • Social Responsibility • Entrepreneurship • Sustainability • Human Rights • Diversity
The “Gira Mundo” Project is the biggest social project runned by AIESEC in Brazil and it takes action in poor and developing communities.
Smarketing "The project has been enhanced to meet the main needs of NGOs, the Smarketing project now works with both management as marketing, reaching the various local growth opportunities through consulting and operational activities on site. Each stage of the project is linked to a development goal in the NGO."
Why Joinville? Our city is certainly a big city and as such, it has a few problems here and there, this is where AIESEC, our values and our willingness to change the world come in. We wish to create a positive impact in our town and the people that need it the most; with your help, together we´ll make this experience unforgettable for everyone involved! Currently our projects involve NGOs and mostly the children, because we believe that our positive impact will reflect in their future and help them develop a multicultural vision, it’s literally a win-win situation.
