MBFF is an economic forum as well as education on the importance of the role of Mangroves (Blue Carbon) in relation to the fisheries industry, which was designed with the concept of "Double Filtration Emissions" as an effort to deal with the effects of the climate change crisis. This concept is a collaboration of the fishing industry (1st Filter) with mangrove conservation (2nd Filter), where there is a mutual bond between the two things that were thought to be mutually harmful.
