The Marked Tree Winery facility will provide production facilities with an estimated yield of about 21,000 gallons per

year

of

wine.It

includes

on-site

sterile

bottling

facility and on-site barrel storage. Expected water usage of up to 1350 gallons of water per day. Water needs to be met with on-site well and storage tank. Hospitality spaces will provide tasting and event spaces to accommodate visitor tastings of up to 60 guest, indoor events of up to 100 people and outdoor events of up to 200 guests. For conceptual design face many aspects including the site’s circulation, access roads, placement and orientation, and other elements were taken into account to develop the project conceptually. One of the most significant elements found within the site’ parameters was the reppetitive vertical elements produced by light and the natural elemnts.

Concept Models The contrast between terroir elements of light and climate is the major source of insipration in the project. It is

an

evolving transformation of the vertical repetition, possitive and negative spaces, and the repetitive rigidity of vineyard in plan that informs the building and program. These aspects are used as a primary element in the design. Topography and Tectonic

Coalesce photography center is located in downtown Savannah, GA. The whole project is based on the process of how a digital cameras capture pictures. It transforms the idea of how pixels within a picture are equal in size but each and every one of them separate from each other in content. With this concept in mind, Collaese is a geometric abstraction of these ideas resulting in a well rounded composition like form. They pieces work collectiveley creating unity, repetition, pattern, and intersection in design. The use of materiality is an essential element in the project because it defines each shape as individual and separates accordignly to the program.

Savannah, GA Fall 2017 Mixed Used Master Plan Proposal In Collaboration with Sebastian Fuentes Concept-DD Two Months

The Link is a class group project completed for the Urbanism based Graduate Studio I. It focusses on the redesign of the MLK corridor in downtown Savannah, GA. The objectives of the project include incorporating a transit Hub landmark while resurrecting the once existing “Union Station” to connect Savannah to the nation with rapid transit, encourage commercial diversity, stimulate economy, promote social interaction, and provide greater security. As a class, we were divided in four groups to complete the project. Within the LINK, we created a district called “Greenbelts to Art and Education” to incorporate landscaping and natural elements, integrate existing artistic venues to showcase creative work, stimulate economy, and encourage social interaction.

Charleston, SC Winter-Spring 2017 Museum- Mixed Use Proposal Total Area: 80,000SF Concept-CD Five Months

The Dissect Museum of Modern Art is located in the heart of the historic district of Charleston, South Carolina. It is based on the idea of changing the typical museum typology by “Dissecting” contemporary art into separate buildings. The museum is a place for humans to connect and for local artists to meet new artists. Taking advantage of the surrounding water, the museum is pierced by a Per Art market that has the best view of the river. This is a space where all local and international artists sell their art while having one of the best views in the city. The museum serves as a modern landmark and it’s giant water feature extends the visitor’s infinity view of water. The main entrance is kept discrete and intimate to provide an element of surprise.

Unravelling

the

interpretation

of

mental

disorders

and environmental psychology, we can develop an assessed prognosis

on

needs

indicidual

of

design

opportunities disorders,

that

support

mental

health, and promote resiliance. The effect of environmental psychology and the impact of nature on mental health force a reconsideration of public spaces and design - primarily anxiety,

depression,

privatization

of

stress,

resources,

and

substance

services,

abuse.

The

facilities,

and

specialists accentuate the inequalities of mental healthcare services. The association of the common mental disorders with violence is the predominant cause of alcohol and drug abuse in the country. Using the human preference for nature and aversion of urban environments, the neighborhood people with mental disorders can engage open spaces adressing nature, midfulness, interaction, movement, temperatuture, and light. Resulting exploration and imagery is presented as it forms the future of public spaces and community environments in the city of Guatemala to bring people out of the shadows and raise awareness for mental health as a global issue.
