Art is my journey, the evolutions of my mind and revolution of my soul.... G Rosario
Introduction
Introduction
T
he spiritual life of the Caribbean is reflected in this exhibition, in an
aesthetic based on the colors and shapes. Like a personal worship culture of Puerto Rico. The one that I think should be protected and preserved in order to fulfill its historical destiny. The paintings are a representation of the human character, reflection of my environment and experiences. But not only on the island of Puerto Rico also draws on the experiences and people who respond to this cultural gathering that occurs in the diasporas as a conservation model. I focus on the pieces by Caribbean spirituality that has a universal aspiration and transcendentalism, in a aesthetics what are designed in various forms worldwide. Look at the rhythms, color and harmony come from the peoples knows that come from the paradise. My art is an extrapolation branch of my Caribbean island that is a root that holds the culture.

earch and I search for myself amongst the threads of forms and
colors, telling my ideas and ideals in the painting. An invitation to a mute world: where you may converse with the self that inhabits within each one of us. My art is autonomous and eclectic; it is polluted through life, rendered sensible to the figures and symbols of the era and the signs of time: the raw matter that is transfigured by art as an offering beyond its immediacy. Always searching to freely capture the sensibility that surrounds’ me and, as its consequence, express my own truth. Know color and be able to project it with the passion of signs from my experiences, is my personal goal. A search to domesticate the gammas with the naturalist and elegance of abstraction and figuration of events and feelings would be the mystical lyric that defines my art. Gaddier Rosario 11
