PROJECT: GREENZ AGRI-TECH INDUSTRIAL PARK Although the Health Canada Micro program was designed primarily to support the transition of black/grey/green market growers to the legal production market, the barriers to entry remain insurmountable for most of those looking to transition. The opportunity for well-resourced organizations to provide licenced facilities that can be used by those either wanting to transition from the illegal market or aspiring entrepreneurs to enter the legal market represents an opportunity to capitalize on this unrealized opportunity. SCHEMATIC DESIGN (ENGINEER) In order to bring this opportunity to fruition, there is a need to enlist as much experience as possible from those who have experience in the legal medical regime, that is, from those who have successfully designed and constructed licenced production facilities in Canada. Prior to the ACMPR, our design engineer spent over two decades providing: • Custom schematic designs to include micro and standard cultivation, micro and standard processing, R&D, analytical testing and nursery; • Comprehensive facility design from standalone capability through fully integrated seed to sale sensors ; • Collaboration with architects, municipalities and other relevant stakeholders; • GPP and GMP compliance; • Medical facilities design for a major Canadian University; • Expansion project designs for one of Canada’s first medical LPs in central Ontario for all aspects of production, from cultivation to processing; and • Services as primary design engineer for an on-going BC-based multiple micro-cultivation project.

LOCAL GOVERNMENT AND AUTHORITIES LIAISON The core of our team of leaders spent careers in some of the most highly bureaucratic federal, provincial and municipal government departments. As such, there are few industry players that are as capable of navigating and engaging other federal departments as this team. Further, key members of the team have long-standing relationships with Health Canada leaders and, thereby, represent the opportunity for direct access. As a result of having backgrounds in military and policing, the NTI team has instant credibility with legitimate authorities to assist in managing those stakeholder relationships, such as: • Nation-wide personal relationships with policing leadership through Canadian Association Chiefs of Police; • Engagement with municipal governments from initial stakeholder engagement and key leadership engagements throughout rezoning applications and community relations for facility buildout; and • Work with local security and policing entities to ensure sustained relationships to prevent and interdict criminal attempts to divert.

LICENCE APPLICATION FACILITATION Our team has successfully drafted and submitted licence applications for LPs. Since October 17, 2018, the team has gained significant experience in managing the CTLS and can facilitate the generation of corporate profiles, individual security screening applications and licence applications. In addition to managing the system, the NTI team has Health Canada cleared security PICs and QAP. The NTI team will work with the organization to ensure the designs rendered have all the requisite SOPs and affiliated reports required to ensure a complete and comprehensive application is submitted in a timely a manner when working in collaboration with your companyâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s leadership team.
