TRAINING TREES ANDCHAIRS Frame Work: Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (4th year) Workshop: "Extereme Ecologies" Led by: Dr. Archictect Erez Golani Solomon Type of work: Academic Project ,Exhebition & Printed Catalogue, 2021 [Together with Yarden Yahal]

Our project focuses on the primordial forests of Yakushima, a mountainous subtropical island at the southwestern tip of the Japanese archipelago.

The method of operation for 'training' wood includes the cutting of wood parts and the installation of a supporting constructive system [4 bamboo beams] which wraps the part of the stumped tree and leads its regrowth in an artificial way.

This project began with A tree stump—a small object of study, aspired to a comprehensive “ideology of nature”

Southern Japan have a rich history of craftsmen who produce furniture from the local raw material. The new tree that grew from the stump, is endowed with the ability to grow with the same cuttings and design methods, 'fruits' Special in the shape of chairs, the chairs are the final product from which the person extracts the raw material of the wood and transforms it into somthing practical and useful for him.

TERRA NULLIUS Frame Work: Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (4th year) Studio: "Eilat, City Of The Future" Led by: Architect Erez Ella, Architect Talia Dudel Type of work: Academic project, 2020

The project was developed through a series of imaginary extreme secnarios apllied on the site. Those secnarios were used to create a strong reaction in the form of an architectural project as a response to the imagined new context.

No man's Land During the project research I uncoverd the maritime border triangle in the Gulf of Aqaba—20,000 square meters unclaimed by any country. This discovery prompted questions about the power of abstract maritime borders to prevent neighboring countries (Israel, Egypt, Jordan). Motivated by these inquiries, I envisioned a space where people could meet without borders—an experimental imaginary space, empowering users to shape its activities, reminiscent of social media's freedom Three Dimentional Social Media Platform The project seeks to mimic the digital-socialcontemporary world and offers a 21st century amusement park, one that allows anyone to reach and insert their 'attraction', which stimulates one's senses and desires according to the way social networking apps are used. The proposed programs in the structure replaces each time they lose relevance and keep updating all the time.

GARDENS OF HUMAN AND NATURE Frame Work: Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design (5th year) Studio: "We Are The Anthropocene" Led by: Architect Yuval Yasky and Architect Ganit Maislitz Kassif Type of work: Academic Final Project, 2021 A Garden is a planned place, a place that represents forms of nature, and expresses a mirror to human culture and life. The project takes place in Tel Aviv, which was planned as a Garden City. The project aims to use the garden as a tool for solving urban social and ecological problems.

Floods in Tel Aviv - The problem of flooding in Tel Aviv is a direct result of the depletion of natural areas in the city. In extreme rainfall events that occur averagely once in a winter each year, municipal runoff is drained from the built environment to the rivers and from there to the sea. The water that tries to go out through the river into the sea causes the river level to rise and its inability to do so, which causes the water to return to the sources of the Yarkon are flooding entire areas located in the area of the Ayalon / Yarkon rivers and their surroundings.

These phenomena cause large sea pollution which occurs as a result of the rapid flow of municipal runoff water to the sea and damage to property / people. The project offers a theme Garden that deals with the problem of flooding in Tel Aviv and the high flow level of the Yarkon River.

THE CART Frame work: Private Design Project Type of work: Open kitchen structure Program: Comercial building, 2022-2023 Center of Israel

Farm "Le Mishmeret" is located in an open, spacious area, on the lands of the "Mishmeret" village In a rural area on the heart of israel center district. The farm includes a large agricultural growing area with vegetable gardens and fruit orchards growing in an organic system.

The cart is a small, flexible and portable structure that provides a solution to the customer service of the agricultural farm at "Mishmeret" farm. The purpose of the sturcture is to serve as a stand for the sale of alcohol, coffee, soft drinks and the sale of ready-made products, and to surve as an open kitchen that will support the variety of uses that occur in the farm both at the level of daily operation and at special events that occur from time to time. The cart is designed to take up little space on the farm and yet allow for movement and placement at different points in order to create a different experience in each of them with minimal change. The cart uses all of its sides to create as much experiences as possible using the smallest space. The structure is designed with bumpy and natural materials [Wood, stone, black metal & Corten] that can withstand harsh and changing climatic conditions so that they aged into their beautiful and natural shape over time.

"DESERT STARS" CAMPUS Professional Project: Done as part of my work at "Plesner Architects" Type of work: A Campus Of Excellence For Bedouin Youth Program: Public Building, 2022-2024 Team: Maya Plesner, Daniela Plesner Role: Leading Architect of the project 2022-2023 Renders by: Studio 'Bonsai' Competition documents: Made by the entire 'Plesner' Office The architectural design of the youth village is to implement the educational vision and characterization of the "Desert Stars" association, In order to create a place that will nurture a new generation of leaders among Bedouin society.

Positioning The main idea of the program is to create an educational campus around a common central area, connected with various activity areas. Circulation The main avenue begins at the entrance square which serves as a venue meeting and gathering place where the public functions are concentrated. The main avenue contains meeting places and various sports areas and ends in an open amphitheater that overlooks the landscape. The "SHIGE" In order to connect the different common spaces to the Bedouin tradition, they were designed and inspired by the Bedouin culture of hospitality. The gathering areas were designed inspired by the Bedouin "Shige", the social sitting circle around the campfire`. The Sitting area sunken around a campfire or around the shade tree, as well as in round building shapes like the auditorium building, amphitheater and in the elements of the round domes.

"DESERT STARS" CAMPUS EXTERNAL STAIRCASE "MASHRABIYA" WALL

An outdoor staircase with an exterior "Mashrabiya" wall as part of the Desert stars campus.

The staircase is used as an escape route from the building during a fire. In addition, the elvation of the staircase is used as an integral and aesthetic part of the front of the building and also as a detail that ¢¡ ¢¥¢« ¢¢ ±²§ ±¢° ¢¡ ¢¥¢« ¢¢ ±²§ ±¢° Professional Project: A Campus Of Excellence For Bedouin repeats itself in all the buildings on campus.

These two details are used once in perforation and once in protrusion in order to produce a three-dimensional facade that creates interest for the facades of the buildings and allows the repetition of the detail in all of the campus buildings in order to create a unique and still repetitive visual language which symbolizes the Bedouin culture.

The visual architectural idea of the the building's elevation is the covering of the facade with local stone while using special details to achieve three dimentional appearance.

The work on the facade was done with the help of consultants in the field of green construction, construction and waterproofing in order to achieve an aesthetic and practical result that would also allow for quick execution.
